We are a mercury-free practice. However, many people still have silver/mercury fillings in their mouths from years past. These fillings are not particularly pleasing to the eye, and we know that by unavoidable design, silver/mercury fillings ultimately result in a weaker tooth structure and cause major health problems.
A denture or a complete denture as it is often called, is an appliance that is inserted in the mouth, replaces natural teeth and provides support for the cheeks and lips. A conventional denture is made after all teeth have been extracted and the tissues (gums) have healed. An immediate denture is fabricated and inserted immediately after the teeth are extracted and the tissues are allowed to heal under the denture.
An immediate denture may be the best solution when complete extractions of your remaining teeth is unavoidable. An immediate denture will allow you to avoid the embarrassment of living without teeth. The first step is taking impressions of your existing teeth and gums to create accurate duplicates for placement after tooth removal.
Usually, when you lose a tooth, it is best for your oral health to have it replaced. Missing teeth can affect your "bite" as well as your ability to speak and chew. Their loss can increase the burden on your remaining teeth and can cause muscle pain in your jaws and headaches. And of course, losing a tooth can affect your appearance.
A removable partial denture is designed specifically to meet the needs of the patient and can replace one or more missing teeth. A natural appearance and speech clarity is restored along with the ability to eat more efficiently. Partial dentures are created out of a metal and acrylic composition or completely out of acrylic.

I was totally in awe with the service from the receptionists, the hygienist and the dentist. Always a scare going to the dentist but this time I was put at ease from the care that was provided. The hygienist was very delicate and thorough when cleaning my teeth and the dentist was very professional attentive to my concerns. I would highly recommend Town Line Dentistry especially those who are hesitant to going to a dentist.

And if you tell her to give you explanation she gets mad, she never explained to me what she was doing to me. Paid $50 for NOTHING. should of listened to the reviews!!

Usually I do not write reviews here. But my wife cried after visiting this office dentist for several days. I do not understand how such dentists as Dr.Roytman and Bakman receive a license. I would not entrust Dr.Roytman to treat any teeth even horses, after all that we encountered. This is terrible! We lost a bunch of time and money after faced with this service. This service may even be called as harm and evil!
I do not understand these reviews and who writes about this office well, because Dr.Roytman itself is very rude and the front-desk staff is also not friendly.
It's AWFUL, AVOID this

Why do I drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Roytman and her staff? It’s simple. Straight up, she is the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to. Her ability to incorporate knowledge and professionalism, while providing a personal touch into each visit, is above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Any questions I have outside of my visits are answered quickly and accurately. The office itself is not only extremely clean and comfortable, but offers the most technologically advanced dental equipment in the industry, which I can appreciate. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Townline Dental for over three years now and have always felt well taken care of. Everyone who works there is friendly and respectful. Dr. Roytman always makes time for you and answers all of your questions. I also appreciate that they remember things going on in your personal life and take time to follow up! Highly recommend this office!

Copying my post from Google for further visibility.
My first visit in 2020 was good with Dr. Roytman and she was the initial reason I came back the second time in early 2021. However, after confirming my booking and requesting Dr. Roytman I saw her for 2 minutes and then pushed to someone else which I was surprised by as I requested Dr. Roytman.
Next the bill came. I was surprised by the lack of transparency this clinic gave me at the time of the visit. I originally came in for a regular cleaning however to my surprise I was charged significantly more without any clarity or understanding of what

I hate writing reviews especially bad ones. But this place got me fuming. My 3 year olds appointment was at 2pm today. We got there about 7 minutes before 2. Afternoon an hour of waiting I just walked out. After waiting for about 20 min I asked how much long due to the fat that I had my 1yro in the car with my husband. The front desk lady said 5-10 min more. Well that turned out to be 40 more. Until I just had enough and left. What a waste of time.

I am confused by negative comments on paying for x-rays. You would not allow a mechanic to diagnose your car without looking under the hood would you? How can you expect a dentist to give proper diagnosis with out x-rays showing what is going on below the gum-line?
I'm new to the area, lived/traveled extensively and find it overwhelming to find a new dentist, in a new town, that you trust. I've been dealing with serious perio issues, since my early 20's, (I am 59), so have seen plenty of good and bad. Dr Roytman came recommended from a friend. I have been to her office 3 times

I personally had a really bad experience going here. The receptionist was not friendly, always sounded annoyed and short tempered when talking to me. It was the worst trying to interact with her.
Dr. Roytman was nice, but I wasn't too convinced about her dental advice to me. She said my teeth were crooked and she recommended me to get braces after asking if I ever had braces. She started trying to sell me to use Invisalign or something similar to that. Um...I had braces for 3 years...so no I don't think so? Then she told me she needed to take an x-ray and the price when I asked her

Dr. Roytman is amazing!! Who can say they love their dentist?! She is so caring, attentive, and gentle. You'd think kittens were working on your teeth. I've had a number of procedures done (from minimal to major) and she would check up on me after each one. She'd follow-up with specialists when needed. Truly incredible!! Town Line Dental is a great place to go. They have a conservative approach and don't talk you into unnecessary procedures. I feel like I'm in the best hands with pain free dental experiences.

I move a lot for work so I've been to a number of different dental offices. This is the least welcoming of them all. The receptionist Viktoriya was brusque with me from the moment I said Hello. The hygienists/assistants were fine.
I waited in the chair for about 40 mins. They gave me an unnecessary X-ray (I had one within the last year and just needed a crown re-glued). I asked if they were going to charge me for it. The hygienist said no so I went along with it.
The moment before Dr. Roytman got to work she told me they were charging me an extra $20 for the X-ray. I grudgingly
