Horrible. After my divorce settlement was absolutely finalized their agent wouldn't stop demanding my personal closing documents. If divorce wasn't hard enough, this order of ineptitude only drove another wedge into the pain of the whole process. No star from me. Even though I have to leave one for everyone to know how bad they are.....

After receiving a very high quote from a shall-remain-nameless bank (with regard to both closing costs and interest rate) my realtor directed me to Amber at Ascension. She responded quickly, knew her stuff thoroughly, secured me a lower interest rate than I imagined I'd get (particularly on a re-fi which is the service I required) with significantly reduced associated costs. She was also a total delight to work with, from start to finish (communicative, friendly, charming, kind, confident, knowledgeable). I highly recommend working with this company and am so glad I found them!

5 stars doesn't do Amber and her crew at Ascension justice. This is a 5 star review for a 10 star experience. Has anyone heard of a refinance, after a divorce, going through in two weeks time? I sure wouldn't have believed it was possible until I reached out to Amber for help and she worked her magic to make it happen. Amber has helped me more than once, with flawless precision and speed. There is nobody better out there.

Can’t say enough about how great Amber and her team are! It was purely by chance I found her through my realtor, and we were needing to close crazy fast. Amber is truly amazing! From start to finish she was incredibly organized and focused with everything needed to successfully get to the finish line with closing. I want you to know that from start to closing day was 22 days! I have put off refinancing for several years as I had some dings on my credit. Amber was able to find a paid off lien that was shown incorrectly on my credit report and had my report re-scored within a day which boosted my FICO sore over 40 points! Not only did the refinance go smoothly with Amber available to answer any and all questions that I had during the process, but she also noticed that my homeowners insurance premium was pretty high. Amber at Ascension Mortgage was awesome at helping my wife & I buy our first home.
