Joe is great at answering questions and making details easy to understand. We asked a lot of questions and he was patient. After running the numbers it will only take about ten months to make up the difference with our old loan thanks to the low closing costs. We closed on our refinance in about a month with a great new interest rate. We shaved hundreds off our minimum payment and will pay off the new mortgage at least a year earlier.

Joe eats deadlines for breakfast and makes interest rates cry. He is so good that another lender we were considering actually said "You're working with Joe? Joe really knows his stuff. 5 stars doesn’t seem nearly enough stars for Joe. He was the absolute best. He was always available to answer questions, and was very patient with our questions. I can’t imaging going through the lending process without Joe. He took all the stress and uncertainty out of the process. If you use anyone other than Joe you are making the process harder than it needs to be. Do yourself a favor, and call Joe today.
