PRMI Home Financing

Primary Residential Mortgage is the worse. I have gotten a few mortgages over the years and PRMI is the worse.

1) In late 2021 they went through some internal "system upgrade". This resulted in our mortgage information being erroneously updated to charge us 3x our normal monthly rate, going from $500/mo to $1500/mo. It took us three months for them to finally correct the issue. In the process they kept telling us they would run an audit. They forced us to pay the extra amount and say that "our credit will be affected" if we didn't pay it. At the end of three months I tried

Steve and his team were very responsive while managing our loan. They proactively guided us in accomplishing tasks both by personal contact and through a user friendly app. Their response were so quick. All of this during a time when I know they were extremely busy. They also provided some personal touches that made the experience unique. For example, periodically gifts would show up at our house along with a note about the status of our loan application. We had a great experience!

This is an amazing resource for those seeking to obtain a mortgage. Especially if you use their agent, Anthony Hernandez. I’ve had the opportunity and pleasure of working with Judy on purchasing my first home and then many years later, refinancing it.
