It's a good place to stay for a night. Everything is clean, you don't need to worry about that. I think they did a great job in this hard time to keep customers safe. But urh, you need to throw your used towels or what you need to change/trash outside, put them in front of your door. You would not see or contact any hotel stuff to clean up your room. Food? :) This is a hotel and it's said that is 3 stars one, we should not hope the food is good. Even breakfast.

So far not the best vibe. No one answers the phone or emails for simple questions, (eg. ground transportation from airport) even after repeated attempts. We are supposed to stay a week over new years with family and had a few questions.
I will do another review after our stay.
I'd challenge anyone to try to get a hold of anyone by phone at the resort. Anyone.

I've paid $700 for two nights, the hotel is pretty much sold out - we live in a strange economy where some make extreme profits while unwilling to pay decently to his employees. They are understaffed - obviously, this is just a political message.
+ pay your employees well, and you won't have any stuffing issues. The Epic Pass owners sold 78% more passes than in 2018.. whoever owns private or business property in Tahoe is going to cover themselves in gold - PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES WEEL!
