Wow! Can I just say our experience with Carpets by Direct was awesome from beginning to end. Greg was our salesperson and the moment we walked in, he immediately graced us with his undivided attention and serviced us very efficiently and effectively. Greg sent us home with samples so that we could see what it would look like in our home and then scheduled a time to come and measure and scheduled a time for installation. I recently had new flooring installed in my home by Carpets by Direct.Greg Hardy is a real pro and guided me through this process.He is very knowledgeable ,helpful and answered all my questions.His crew were also pros.They said they would have my floors installed in two days and they actually completed the job in a day and a half.They were on time and did a beautiful job installing my floors.They cleaned up everything and even emptied my vacuum cleaner!

Our experience with Carpets by Direct was wonderful! We absolutely love the laminate we picked out..it goes really well with all the colors in the house and even more pleased that we decided to do the whole house. The guys worked really hard and finished the entire house in 2 days. We were very pleased with not having any transition strips except in front of the bathrooms…it makes the flow look so smooth throughout the house. The guys were very professional and their work was phenomenal! I would highly recommend Carpets by Direct!

They were so great to work with. I had no idea that they sold mattresses! We purchased a Cheyenne pillow top. It was ordered and delivered very quickly. The quality is amazing and it was a great deal. We were very happy to get rid of our "bed in a box" from Amazon and get a real quality mattress. The customer service was great and the delivery was really white glove service. Highly recommended.

I went in to possibly get a quote for doing my bathroom. The staff was so short and disinterested in helping me that I can't imagine going to and using them for any purpose when my mother question them about some pricing they done for a last year they became snarky and had quite a biting attitude towards her. And seem to bother to even help her. I imagine that any place would do a better job than they would. I can't imagine anyone spending their hard-earned money to be treated like crap.

The correct name is Carpets by Direct. We were even out of state and they took such amazing care of the home it shocked us. Attention to detail, above and beyond what we ordered, they even beat Home Depot prices (HD was so swamped they couldn't make the install for weeks)!

I went into Carpets by Direct and got a quote from Greg. I told him I had around 900 square feet that needed carpeting, but he calculated 1000 square feet to be on the safe side and told me if it was less, the price would go down. When he came out to measure, he measured 1040 square feet. Because of the extra 40 square feet, he quoted me a new price with an additional $300 plus tax. When I questioned the new price, he said I told him 900 square feet. I did, but he calculated 1000 square feet! We went back and forth on this. I was fine with paying for 40 additional square feet, but didn't see

Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here! They improperly installed the tile in my bathroom which caused the floor to rot due to,water damage. They have hands down the WORST customer service I have ever received, not at all apologetic about the problem or inconvenience. Never returned phone calls, were very rude and dismissive when we did talk to them. Long story short we are 4 weeks into them fixing their mistake in the bathroom and they still haven't finished!!! I would burn money before I would pay them for any services!
