Customer Service was top notch! I had a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Although I was unable to go to the showroom, the personal attention I received from Cooper Trotter was just what I needed. He always made himself available to answer any questions; I was able to choose my carpet online, and we conducted every aspect of our business over the phone. Carpet was ordered on a Monday and installed the following week. The installers worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves very well (seemingly a lost art with contractors nowadays). Very satisfied. I worked entirely over the phone with Mr. Trotter to install carpet and linoleum in a basement and bath for a rental home I own on the lake in Greensboro. While I never saw the actual swatches in person, Mr. Trotter picked out perfect colors to blend with the existing carpet. I couldn't be more pleased with the company's professionalism, enthusiasm and more importantly their passion for pleasing the customer.

I highly recommend Cooper Trotter with Trotter Brothers Flooring. He recently installed our hardwoods and carpet. Both the materials and the installation were superb. He provided great pricing and top notch customer service, and worked with our schedule. He was very patient as we worked through several different styles of materials to finally get the ones that were right for us. If an issue came up, he was there to fix it. Would definitely use them again.
