Visit 1 in showroom : great, made appointment with floor specialist and fireplace person. Appointment gets rescheduled one hour and a half before time.
Next appointment floor person shows up by himself, said he’ll take measurements for fireplace. Then looks at fireplace and states : I need to come back with fireplace specialist but promises me a quote for floors within 2 days. After a week I had to call after them for my quote only to learn that someone else needs to come out and measure floors again, because of our thresholds. (??) Nobody knows anything about appointment with fireplace specialist

I was so impressed with the level of customer service and their amazing knowledge. They offered to give me an in-home estimate at no charge. I was just blown away with their level of knowledge and expertise. They finished the job on time and it looks amazing! Professional through and through! I would highly recommend Hardwoods to anyone...you can't go wrong!

I called around and ended up having them do a single room as a trial. How about, they did almost my whole house and I have gotten so many compliments as a result. Others thought I wasn't serious but, they took the time and treated me professionally. Not sure about the bad reviews but, they seem older and I have no complaints about them at all. I had most of the downstairs done in vinyl except the kitchen, bathroom, mudroom and gym (they did carpet in the gym while the rest was still decent) and all of the upstairs carpet replaced. Highly recommend, they went above and beyond with some minor things
