I sat waiting for three and a half hours for a tow from these people, and they decided to cancel the tow.... and didn't even take the trouble to notify me! When I called, they told me they had decided I wasn't high enough priority, so they wouldn't plan on coming at all. The person answering their phone was extremely rude and impatient. What made it all so much worse, is that while I had been waiting for them, another car hit my car, and then just kept on driving. The Patriot Towing guy made it clear he didn't care at all. Excellent customer service on both ends. The price was about 30% cheaper than a near by competitor Chapelle's. Alberto the driver was extremely nice, professional and knew what he was doing. Hopefully I don't need another tow from a supermarket parking lot, but if I do, I would use them again.

Travis was great! He was faster than I was told he would be and was a super chill guy. Very quick and professional. I don’t know about these 1 star reviews but I can guess the real reason they’re 1 star, iykyk. My experience was wonderful 10/10 would recommend.

Our car broke down & we needed a tow. The car ended up starting but the tow wasn't there so we called to cancel. When we called, the lady was incredibly rude. When we told her that she was being rude, she responded "I'll show you rude." And then proceeded to hang up on us. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER use this company again.

By far the worst towing company in the world. Schedule a tow today at 2pm they said they would be to my house by 4pm so I left work early to make sure I was there. 430 still no tow truck so called they said some one will be here by 530 they are running behind you could of called me. I leave work 3 hrs early to make sure I'm home meaning I lost out on $150 bucks at $50 per hour. Wasted my night waiting for the driver that didn't show up at all. I talk to somebody at 8:30 PM who told me that my tow truck driver will be showing up at 7 AM the following day. At 7:45 AM I called to see where

Yes, Other than that the Tow truck driver was approximately one hour and fifteen to one and half hours late compared to the approximate two hours of an E.T.A. given, (estimated time of arrival), he was actually great! 👍😊 He was friendly, professional and efficient once he arrived at approximately 20:30,(8:30 PM). Thanks for your help with getting my car from A to B, hopefully without any incidents.

My experience was one of the lucky ones. I have to admit, I wasn’t holding out for much considering what I read while waiting. I think for us who have to use insurance, there is always going to be a delay due to protocol they have to follow. My person was on time to the nose of when I was given my eta and extremely helpful and quick service. Thank you!!

I called via my insurance for a tow about 115pm it's now 510pm and they haven't shown up. When I called the rep was extremely rude and kept giving lame excuses. The repair shop closes at 6! I'm filing a complaint with progressive to NOT use this company again. In my entire life I've never waited this long for a tow. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I called my insurance and cancelled the tow , filed a formal complaint and said to send someone in the morning that's NOT THEM! I've never ever waited more than 2 hours for a tow and I was at almost 5 hours the two who answered the calls

They did move my car from where it was to someplace else. Unfortunately they took it to a random wrong address and abandoned it in the parking lot.
It's not clear how they got the wrong address-- it's not one I would have provided to roadside assistance. In person I told the driver the name and location of the shop is was going to, and that they were expecting it, and instead he dumps it at a pizza place, unlocked, keys in the passenger compartment, without talking to anyone.

Today our car had an issue and we called our ins company as part Of their roadside assist contract for a tow at 4pm.. by 4:25 after phone tree ans d hold they dispatched Patriot towing LLC ...
We were told 90 min
Then... after 90min came and went...
We called again...
It's was ANOTHER 90min...
Then another 90 min came and went
It's now 5hrs when I'm writing this and I'm STILL waiting.... These false ETAs are ludicrous.
Pathetic!
You can be sure I will be also contacting our insurance company about

I was assigned a tow through progressive insurance for roadside assistance. 4 times I was given a false response time: 90 minutes, 60 minutes, 30 minutes, and 17 minutes chronologically. Actual response time was over 4 hours and thirty minutes. I have reason to believe that Patriot Towing LLC is defrauding insurance companies and making false statements to their customers who are in need of aid and may be in dangerous situations.

Waiting for towing is a time of tension. Early during the wait time I received a call from the tow person that he was on his way. That was very helpful. Also, I was concerned he might not find me but that was not a problem. He arrived, understood the situation, quickly loaded the car and drove us to the repair place. We arrived, he talked with the repair person to understand the parking requirements and off loaded my car. He was friendly, understanding, and responded to my questions professionally. I very much appreciated his service and thank him for doing a great job.

I have progressive, patriot towing was supposed to tow me, it said 35 minutes, then updated 10 minutes later saying 35 minutes again, finally said it was 5 minutes away, then stayed like that for 20 minutes, I called (360) 726-8352 3 times and it just rang and rang then hangs up. progressive then calls and same thing. Now I'm waiting for someone else to tow me. After waiting for an hour and a half. Sucks.

Update: After the Electrical repairs were done, I had car towed to a nearby mechanic (Bradshaw's on Hawthorne) and again Patriot Towing was chosen by my insurance. I remained at home. It was after hours for both shops. The driver called me to get instructions and to find the stashed key, and did a great job, it was less than an hour's wait on a Friday evening. He dropped off the key in the correct place at the receiving place. The clutch problem turned out to not be caused by Patriot. The car had sat for months waiting for the trip to the electrical repairs and it caused a problem (hydraulics

The worst customer service. The guy on the landmine was rude, short and I couldn't get a honest response from him. I waited for almost 9 hours for a to. I called 4 times, each time was told i was the next tow. By the time they were ready to pick up my keep, my mechanic shop had closed and Patriot wanted me to pay for them to store my car overnight! Are you serious!?!? In the end I cancelled my tow bc they wanted me to wait more. I would never use this company again!

I ordered a tow through goodsam roadside. Once the tow was assigned, I called to get an eta, because goodsam sent me a text saying tow was on the way. I called Patriot Towing to verify the time. From the moment the person answered the phone he was extremely rude and short. While at it, he mentioned my tow would most likely be an hour late.
After hanging up with Patriot, I called goodsam and told them to cancel the tow. I will also be informing goodsam of they type of company that is representing them. Based on the rest of the reviews, i am not alone.

Completely unprofessional. Requested flatbed through State Farm Roadside. Patriot Towing refused to use flatbed so we cancelled the tow before PT ever arrived and asked State Farm for another tow company with flatbed available. Patriot Towing called us five times after we cancelled the tow. Very argumentative and terrible customer service. They argued with State Farm Roadside Assistance as well. We will never use Patriot Tow.

My insurance called this place to come and tow my car at 1pm I talked to the dispatch and they said that I should leave my keys somewhere outside of the car and find a way to get home and it would be an hour before a tow would be there. They said the driver would call me when they have picked it up

Patriot Tow, accepted a tow order yesterday for USAA, and said they'd be there in an hour; then an hour past, and they said 30-minutes more, then again when that time had pasted, they said it would be another 30-minutes more, then, you guessed it. They said for sure in 20-minutes. But, after four and a half hours of waiting, they cancelled the order. Terrible service performance by Patriot Towing, who failed to take care of this Veteran who simple needed a tow to get his car worked done.

Worst service ever they scraped our m5 bumper coming off the tow truck and won't fix it!! Tire went flat so called road side assistance they called patriot said about 45minute wait 1 hour 30 minutes Later finally showed up. Got to the shop he's unloading our m5 and and tow truck driver Jason scrapes the front right bumper on the the tow truck and messes up the bumper he calls his boss and told them and said they'll Call us in a minute and they'll fix it etc. we wait for 30 minutes no call so we call them and now they are asking for proof that it was their tow truck that did
