After locking my fob in the car and calling all the tow companies in the area, this one had quoted the quickest response. I was prepared to wait 45 minutes to a hour, but the driver didn't stop to fuel up first like I was told so I actually waited only 11 minutes!!! Thank you Speed's I will be happy to use your services again if needed.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Do not go to these guys for their auto auctions. They don't even properly reach out to the police to verify vehicles are not stolen before selling them in their auctions. Bought a vehicle from them for $500 at auction and it got picked up by the police out of my apartment complex as a stolen vehicle. Even when presenting the company with the police report that states and such they responded with just take us to court.

Scheduled a tow for my motorcycle and was told baring any emergency call the driver would be there at 9:30 am. I waited an hour at called them to see where to truck was, when I spoke with the dispatcher they had said that there had been only a note on my possible need of a tow. When I asked/said “do I need to call a different company” I was told “no, they would be out as soon as possible to pick me up”. Dispatcher then took all my information again then heard it was for a motorcycle and said they COULD NOT tow my motorcycle that day. Left up the creek as Saturday is the only day I can get

I have used AAA service in the past but this time they were super busy. The wait time was about 3 1/2 hours. AAA shows up within the hour but he was in the wrong parking lot. It was just across the street. I figured when he pulled off he was coming over here.

Waited for 4 hours for a tow truck very unprofessional. Have used AAA for years they should they should fine a new company for towing before they loose customers. Everyone is under staffed right now I understand. But Speeds Towing kept changing the ETA from 6:05 to 6:30 to 6:45 to 7:05 to 7:25 to 7:45 to 8:05. Call AAA again for another ETA at 8:35 and they said 10 more minutes which finally was the time you showed up 8:45. I called AAA at 4:45 and finally got home at 9:00. All I wanted was the time you were really going to show up you need to do a better job in scheduling and a better job communicating
