This business is highly unprofessional and quite frankly a scam. We asked to pay with check they agreed until the last minute and then refused to accept payment. Spoke with receptionist on total for getting vehicle out of impound, verified a check could be used as well as a credit card, was told both are acceptable, I went with a check as the credit card has a 5% fee attached. Went to pick up vehicle and was told it was cash only as the owner had new rules. Asked if since the receptionist made an error if they would accept the check, was told no. Very unprofessional and outright criminal for not accepting other forms of payment.

I called around on a Saturday needing a tow and nobody could do it quickly so my last call was to triple J...they should have been my first and will be next time. The lady that answered the phone was helpful and the driver was on time, friendly and took good care of my vehicle. Great job guys and gals

I am so pleased with Triple J's towing. I have been looking for help with an old RV for years. No one seemed to have any answers until I called Triple J's towing. Lisa let me know all the in's an outs of what needed to be done and who to send the RV to. Plus, she was able to beat the prices of other towing companies. Jake came out and did everything necessary to make the RV safe to haul. Thank you Lisa and Jake!

As unfortunate as a vehicle impounding is, these guys, and the office staff, were extremely friendly and professional. I immediately felt at ease once i stepped foot in their office. There wasn't a single fiber of negative energy felt, nor did I witness any rude/impatient antics by anyone in the office. Minus one star due to price quotes changing.

Lisa is so awesome! She got my daughter's car towed from a very dangerous spot on 26west to our house in Vancouver. When Drew arrived, he was so great. I'm so glad they were there for us. They were also beyond reasonable on the price. Complete and total life saver!

Our daughters car was stolen from Lloyd center December 29, 2017 She was asleep when the Washington state patrol called her last night 12/30/2017 around midnight telling her that her car was just found in Vancouver, Washington. State patrol told her it was towed by (heres their new name they should think about changing to TRIPLE THEIR FEES J TOWING, ORCHARDS WASHINGTON) he gave her the phone number as to where she could pick it up. These people are NOT interested in helping you and NOT smart enough to help themselves.
The dispatcher doesn't know anything about any of the geography around here. She asks every question 2 or 3 times because she doesn't seem to understand. They wont send you a truck if MIGHT be raining or snowing where you are or if its in any way inconvenient for them. When you point out this isn't good service they insult you. GET AAA

These guys were awesome. They got there fast - 30 minutes., the price was reasonable and they were very courteous. The driver even insisted that he unhook my truck and then pick it up again so it could go in the driveway facing the direction that I wanted. He even gave me free advice as to how I might fix it. I would recommend them all day long to anyone that asks.

I have never had such an awesome experience with a tow company before this! My husband's car dies on the freeway exit off 205 at 117th. At 3:46pm I called and the very friendly and calming dispatcher told me it would be about 40 minutes. I asked her if that was normal, and she said "I don't know about other companies, but for us thats a busy estimate". She took our info and by 4:06pm Jake was on the scene. Jake was incredible! First of all, its his day off. He was turning in his truck when our call came in. He came for us anyways. He was professional and amazing! I will only
