I have been to Balfour Dental 3 times for myself and many times with my husband. We always have positive interactions with the staff and dentist/ oral surgeon. Today was my first experience with Balfour Dental, the minute I walked in the door I felt positive energy and a welcoming sign at the front desk with my name on it was such a wonderful gesture. After I spoke with the doctor they did a scan and we had another chat and I was satisfied this is the place. I've heard wonderful things before I went in and I was not disappointed.

They took down the " updated review" I posted after having delt with them several times. Just to be absolutely certain, since there are two dental offices in this building, this is the one on the first floor.
They lied about what was included in the deep clean, and on a procedure where no insurance was involved to possible change the total cost, they added another 700$ to it and I could take it or leave it. That single crown ( not counting the root canal done elsewhere) was over 3, 000$. ( and no it was not a post). I gave them a poor review ( based on the lie that the follow up cleanings

I've been a patient of both Drs. Rayani and Siao for at least ten years now. I had severely damaged my upper four and lower four front teeth in a sparring accident several years prior and decided it was time time to fix them.
I spent a lot of time visiting practitioners and chose Balfour Dental based upon my comfort level with them and their staff, realizing they were practitioners with the expertise and state of the art equipment needed.
Sparing all the details, I had a complete mouth reconstruction including surgeries, bone grafts and implants.

I have been going to Balfour Dental for 3 years now. I originally went there for an Invisalign consultation. I liked Dr. Riyani and her staff so much that I not only got the Invisalign, but I also made them my primary dentist. Dr. Riyani explains everything in detail, so you know exactly what's being done and why. Now I go to Balfour dental for cleanings, fillings, and everything in between.
My daughters are going to Dr. Riyani for braces. I couldn't be happier with how well Dr. Riyani handles my younger daughter who is fearful of the dentist.

I normally wouldn't go DOWN in a rating, but when I had a problem with my new crown, they fixed it and then wanted to discuss my review. She wanted to know "how to make it right so I'd upgrade the stars. I said, " if you do what you said you'd do ,I'll increase it but will not give 5 stars to people who lied to me twice.". She then said they could " refund" the money for the next years follow up cleanings. Problem with that is I had NOT paid for those services. Being a little slow, I said why don't you just do the work you said you'd do? So

One visit to Balfour Dental, that's all it took for our family to switch. Let's start from the top:

We love Dr Riyani and her team, she's always been beyond kind, understanding, informative, and has guided me through many dental procedures with my 2 kids and even with situations that weren't dental related but did have to do with my son's breathing issues. I love this place, truly!! I was there just yesterday and Dr. Rayani took care of me and my frightened 9 year old. My daughter hated the dentist and was very scared to go! But the super friendly staff at Balfour Dental made the both of us feel right at home. The experience she received definitely changed her mind about going to the dentist all together! I got the check up and cleaning I needed and my daughter Ellie got the works. Staff continued to check in with her to make sure she felt safe and okay and she even got to watch some tv while getting work done!! We even got paid up and out on time

I recently had a dental emergency, I am new to the area, they were able to see me the same day, Marcie was great at explaining things. They got my emergency fixed, and set up to get the rest of the work done in an expedient manner. Very professional, very understanding. I highly recommend Balfour Dental to everyone

I just had my scheduled teeth cleaning by Jenn. She is terrific, and goes out of her way to make me comfortable during the process.
I have been a patient since 2009, and had a complete restoration of all my teeth. The outcome was phenomenal, and I still receive compliments. My main Dentist is Dr. Siao, and at times Dr. Dimple had to perform some procedures when Dr. Siao was not available.
Dr. Siao goes out of his way to follow up after complex procedures, and includes his private cell phone number I can use for emergencies. I have special requirements because of a bleeding disorder, and

I booked an appointment for my husband and our 2 little boys (2&4). The receptionist was fantastic and pleasantly follow up with me even when I forgot to get her a copy of our insurance card. The hygienist they all had was absolutely great with the kids and kept them both entertained and happy through the exams. Dr. Rayani was a huge hit with my husband as she gave him both recommendations and expected timelines for work to be done. I love having an office that is not just a clean and simple fix but also deals with more in depth treatment if needed. We have found our new family dentist!
