The receptionist that answered the phone was very pleasant however when I asked about a position within the company I spoke with Jessica and she informed me of how the agency provide the assignments to the caregivers/ staff. This writer than called back to confirm that they received my application and resume for review and Jessica stated “ O we are not hiring at this time we will just keep your application on file”. Not understand the reason why I was informed to complete the application if they are not hiring which I previously asked? The best answer would have been I’m sorry ma’am however
