My father lives at one of their facilities and his vehicle was severely vandalized in their parking lot, basically totaled. with only liability it is not covered. The name that was carved into his car was the facility manager's name Carmen. So what does property advisory plan to do? "Look into it" supposedly. When I asked about insurance they became upset and irate, the lady even hung up on me. So I asked them to call me back and when they failed to, i figured a good review was in order... so here it is. Getting in touch with some news papers and local news stations. Whether the costs are covered

It would be amazing if this company had property managers or heck even the main company answer their phones. I have tried for multiple days and it appears that either these people are never at work or care what their tennants have to say so they just ignore them. In truth just avoid this companies properties, its so similar to a concentration camp with how they run things.

Excellent customer service is a must. I experiment bad customer service today, I was calling for a senior who lives on one of the property's, and I felt so rush as if I was wasting the young lady's time. Of course people like that always pass the issue on to someone else to care for, quick to say "you need to speak to another department or another person" just so they don't have to be bother. I feel good customer service is hard to find these days, customer's like to feel that their call is important, just as that persons job is important to them. Step-up your game on "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE".

Living at. PAG PROPERTY withOUT heat again . These fakes are not hiring professional plumbers and electricians. THEY LET A LEAK GO IN STORAGE BASEMENT AREA FOR OVER A MONTH THEN GAVE 16 HOURS NOTICE SHUTTING WATER OFF .. Thats after we complained to HA about giving NO notice for Shutting water off to 40 units to take a tub out doing renovations on apts empty for 4 months.. I wont reccomend any of their properties not because apts are not nice but because they are HORRIBLE people with NO RESPECT for their CUSTOMERS/ tenants. Or the laws for landlords. Like lying about emergency access. And accessing
