This is the one of the Best Apartments we have ever had. Safe, clean and extremely well managed. Mike and his team always responded to any issue super quickly. Would have stayed for a long time but had to move to another state.
Mike and his team always treated us great respect and they were extremely helpful.

This was a fantastic 1-bedroom apartment for our first year of marriage. The building is quiet and secure with friendly neighbors and in a convenient location near downtown Nashua. Mike was a great landlord who responded to any issue quickly and efficiently. We were also impressed with the work of the maintenance team specifically during COVID-19; they were frequently sanitizing common areas and doing routine work to keep the building in good shape. I rented from AB properties back in 2014. They were really great with me, any problems I had they fixed right away. One time I had a problem with my fridge and they replaced it on the same day. I loved living in their apartment, it was very well maintained. The only reason I left is because I had to move back to Brazil.

We wanted to let you know how happy we are since moving into a newly renovated apartment of yours. We can't believe how quiet it is here. The other families are very friendly. It's so obvious that they like living here too. There are always smiles when they greet you. Maintenance issues are handled promptly by very polite young men who know what they are doing and they clean up after themselves.
We appreciate that.
You have also taken great care of the safety of all of us with the sanitizing of everything in the common areas of our building.

Our family had an awesome experience in 18 Amherst St LLC. They were really respectful and always made sure we were comfortable and secure in our home. We highly recommend living in this great quiet apartment building.

My time renting from them was well spent.
Laundry room and hallways were always clean, grounds crew kept everything looking nice out side year round too. The owner was also very understanding and down to earth. My building was very secure with coded locks on the front and back doors to keep out intruders at night.

Applied for an apartment, never heard anything back. I called numerous times to the number that was given to me, to get an update, and could never reach anyone, not to mention the woman who answers the phone every time is extremely rude and just says "AB property management" and you are just supposed to know that it is an answering service from her saying that, lol. I never ended up reaching anyone or receiving any calls back, even after leaving a message with the person that answers the "answering service". Even though I paid an application fee, cash. I guess they also do not care that it is illegal

Stay away from here! I got my first apartment here at the age of 25 and didn’t even last a year. Micheal (the owner) and his crew of men are awful people. They come in to your apartment whenever they feel like without any notice, they all make you feel incredibly uncomfortable, I never felt safe living here. Michael and his workers walked into my apartment when I was getting out of the shower 4 times!!!! They do not care about any laws and they do not care about your privacy. Michael cut my lease short so I could get out of there because I caught one of his workers on camera walking into my apartment

I rented from them for a year and a half and would have rented longer if I could've. They took excellent care of the property and always kept it looking clean, inside and out. The maintenance crew members were nice guys and were proficient with quickly finding solutions to any emergency or non-emergency issues. They also made sure to give us proper notice before starting projects, even ones that didn't require them to enter my apartment. The owner Mike was always fair about rent and kept it really affordable for the value of the apartment.

Be aware of this place! I hate to say this but, this people so rude, and discriminating, racist, people like them shouldn't be there !
