At Sentry Management the Accounting Department is responsible for the publication of monthly financial statements, balance sheets, vacancy reports, tenant invoices, accounts payable system disbursements, and all accounts receivable functions. Maintenance is handled by Sentry's team of over 12 trade personnel of various disciplines supervised by a manager with years of experience.

Services
Sentry Management Corporation provides financial statements and reconciled bank statements to the Board each month. This, in conjunction with easy access to property managers and accounting personnel, insures that the Board is always up to date with respect to the financial status of the association.

If I knew then what I know now, I would not have bought in a development managed by Sentry Management. If you call the office it is a game of hot potato, you are quickly dismissed, put on hold and then "accidentally" dropped or passed on to someone else. I have had to go back and forth between entities enough now that I know they really are the ones to take action, but they don't. There is no communication to the association as they feel that is not their job. They accept work done by outside contracts as halfway done. Paint peels the same month the job is finished, snow removal is done so that

This company does not know how to communicate with the people they take fees from every month. Despite telling us they will use emails, they don't. There is no off hours number to call. For example, when I first moved in the opening of the pool was indicated via an email and/or a notice on the door to the pool. Not in years have we received notice. Numerous email requests to justinc@sentrymanagementcorp.com go unanswered. Signage in the development is incorrect, safety hazards are not addressed. East Coast Outdoors is who they contract to for plowing and landscaping. We now have clover

As Treasurer of our condo association, I have been most fortunate in working with Sentry Management Corp. Over the past few years, we have had two different management companies and to say that we were dissatisfied with both these companies is stating it mildly. Our financial reports were always wrong, bills were not paid in a timely manner, calls were left unanswered, follow up was non-existent, etc. We hired Sentry Management Corp. effective January 1, 2017 and the differences between Sentry and these other two companies are amazing.
