Just started going here. I paid full so it seems like they don’t care to see me or treat me. Every time I call they’re all “booked” don’t pay up front if you want to get treated, seems like they don’t care once they have your money.
It’s probably not the doctors fault he’s seems really nice. But why take new patients if you have no room for appointments.
When I came in one of the staffs was trying to switch with other ppl so she didn’t had to see me. Kinda rude.
Kinda regret going here. Didn’t know I was gonna get treated like that.
But I guess we will see how it goes :

Valley Location: Great orthodontist office. They have a points program and you can make payments on braces. If you have any concerns they listen, they will make sure they take care of you. We got braces on in March 2020, and all during the first year of Covid. It’s now Fall 2021 and we got retainers now. We had the more expensive braces, easier braces to clean and work with, and an expander.
They kept/keep the patients updated with Covid, the patients safely spaced out and the room(s), chair and spaces clean. They have been diligent on keeping up with the masks during this whole Covid thing

Luff isn’t our first ortho experience, but it has definitely been our favorite. I’ve put 4 kids through orthodontics, and Dr. Luff and his team have been the best to work with. They are genuinely kind and know each of their patients as if they’re family. I haven’t once regretted moving over to their office. Would and have recommended to anyone!

I chose Luff because of the stellar reviews. At first, it seemed like I was in good hands. But during my treatment, I kept wishing I had gone somewhere else. My whole experience with Luff Ortho was frustrating and upsetting to say the least; so many complications and plans that didn’t work. But the worst part about my experience was this: Dr. Luff recommended extractions of my premolars, 3 in total w the intention to move my teeth which then would close the gaps.
