Kanak Kitchen 11-11 is the newest member of the Kanak Attack family. Kanak Attack has served our local community for the last 20 years and we couldn't be more excited about the newest adventure. We are located on the 4th floor of the Boise Plaza building. Join us for lunch. We cook with a lot of passion & Aloha & it shows with the food that comes from our kitchen.
We feature fresh local ingredients & offer a variety of Keto and gluten free meal options. We will be putting together a variety of take home meal options that you will be able to pre order & pick up either at our door or we will bring it to you curb side. Services
Burgers are topped with house pickled cucumbers, pickled red onions, tomatoes and arugula. All burgers are served with your choice of Kanak cheesy tots, Idaho fries, a cup of soup, bag of chips, or a side salad. Taco are served on corn tortillas and topped with our spicy Asian slaw, cotija cheese and sriracha sauce.
All served with a side of fresh fruit and your choice of either Kanak tots (cheesy tots tossed in Japanese spices) white rice or brown rice. Comes with your choice of egg and protein. Served with your choice of a bag of chips or a side of fruit salad and a freshly baked cookie. We have a minimum order of 12 servings.

So pretty disappointed with this place the first time I got a rice chicken bowl and the rice was hard as a rock. The second time I got a 7 dollar sandwich that I could have made at home just cheap white bread one piece of meat the third time I thought maybe I'll give it another try I got the teriyaki chicken burger and the chicken was RAW! I went to let them know the cook wasn't very nice later I found out he is the owner. The manager Jennifer was understanding and gave me a refund. She offered to replace my food as well I accepted. She went to let the cook/owner know and he immediately
