We are a breakfast and lunch counter service deli. We specialize in grilled sandwiches, homemade soups and gourmet salads. We closed our storefront 6 years ago and began doing corporate foodservice managing but we missed seeing all our customers. We have a new look and logo. We focus on getting to know our customers and giving great service. We stand out from others because we serve high-quality foods with pride. We love that we are an independent restaurant and cook mostly from scratch.
Services
Your choice of Sausage, Bacon or Ham with cheddar cheese and fluffy scrambled eggs, nestled between toasted Stone Ground hearty wheat bread or an English muffin. A warm grilled pita wrapped around crispy bacon, an over medium egg and American Swiss cheese, with mayo, lettuce and tomato. Fresca tortilla lightly grilled and stuffed with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, crispy Bacon, Sausage or Ham, hash browns and our house made salsa.
Currently, we are only posting the box catering options below. However, we are able to offer a variety of full-service catering options on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your catering inquiries. Boxed lunch orders must be placed by 10:00 a.m. for delivery and require a 15 lunch minimum.

This place is different so be prepared!! When you walk in you order then find a seat. We were not prepared to order right a way. We sat with a menu to decide... Which is nice because the sun makes the TV menu hard to read (depending on the time of day)
You get your own drinks and have a good selection of coffee enhancers even hot cocoa packets. Food comes quickly and is good! I had a special order and they got it right! Portion was large enough... We like to skip lunch.

Roosters is a seat yourself, order at the counter, clear your own plates- reminded me of a cafeteria but they do deliver your food to your table. I found the establishment to be cleanish, my table and booth had crumbs on them but the rest of the space was clean, floors, walls, drink station, and counters.
The food, we had a garden scramble and bacon breakfast sandwich, was delicious. I’ll both recommend this place and be going back.

Went here to try something new after surgery. We live quite a few hours away. Had been on the road a while. My date ordered the cowboy scramble but got the southwest chicken. I ordered the buckaroo burrito. When I addressed that we had gotten the wrong order they corrected it and quite fast as well. The buckaroo burrito was very good, I stole the sour cream from my dates plate which made it over the top for me. Their coffee and creamer little stop was wonderful. Such a cute little place for only being in Boise since October. My only recommendation would be a way better scrub and clean on the tables

Nice, new, little place. Clean, helpful and friendly staff, and very covid safe. They were singing Happy Birthday to a staff member when I walked in. Very nice to see people sharing love and good times.
The french onion soup is so good! Try the Q'min salad dressing too. It's good 👍 I will come here again.
