Services
Full set drop-off is for parties under 60 guests. We come and set-up our tables, linens, hot chafing dishes, and provide all disposables for your event. 20% operational charge. Full set-up includes all the above but we provide a staff member to help replenish all food items. This is a method of serving in which food is brought to the table in serving dishes from which everyone helps themselves.
Chicken Wings Choose your flavor- grilled teriyaki buffalo, adobo (Filipino-style, think salt & vinegar), pineapple sriracha BBQ (GF), grilled citrus chili BBQ (GF), Jawaiian jerk, grilled Korean BBQ, katsu w/a tonkatsu sauce, maple habaero or huckleberry BBQ. Teriyaki Chicken Lettuce Wraps lettuce cups with chicken, rice noodles, fresh carrots, cucumbers, cilantro & peanuts served with a citrus chili sauce (GF).

Treat Your Guests to a Unique Experience with Kanak Attack's On-Site Roast Pig for Your Next Gathering. Our Kanak Attack staff will arrive 45 to 60 minutes prior to your meal time to set up the pig roaster. The total cook time is 8-9 hours, so we start cooking the pig at our kitchen and finish the roasting process at your location.
We operate two food trucks during the Spring and Summer months. Find us out and about throughout the Treasure Valley and at major events. Offering our Hawaiian plate lunches, street tacos, and our Kanak loaded fries. Our trucks do all types of events, from graduation parties, weddings, corporate events, and family reunions to name a few.

We had the Kanak Attack food truck for our wedding welcome dinner. The food was outstanding and many people ordered seconds. The portions were generous and the staff was super friendly. They were easy to work with to coordinate the event. I highly recommend them!

AMAZING. We got the trio of tacos which were delicious and the loaded fries with pork 🤤. Both were amazing. The service was stellar and fast even though it was quite busy. If I ever needed a food truck for an event they would be my first call. All around a fabulous experience!

My husband and I visited Kanak Attack today for the first time. We ordered the Bacon Kahlua pig burrito. It is fabulous and Huge. Thankfully our waitress told us this, so we only ordered one to share. The flavors are So good, can't wait to return for another fare to try!

Best food in Boise Idaho and priced right. If you like homemade Hawaiian food that will fill you up this is the place to go. Their plates are jammed pack full of flavor and I haven't found one thing on the menu I haven't been a fan of. Staff is always friendly and eager to help you. Would highly recommend for dinner parties, weddings, and any kind of function. 10/10

Kanack Attack catered my mom's 80th birthday party. She requested teriyaki chicken for dinner, so after a short survey of what was available we decided to order here. The food was so delicious!! The chicken was tender and so full of flavor everyone stopped eating to comment on how delicious it was. The menu was varied as well which was a… plus. Chicken, pork, coconut rice, fresh (really fresh) fruit, salad and rolls. Other vendors did not give this expanded option. The communication was great, I knew exactly what to expect and when. I would 100% recommend using Kanak Catering for any event

This food truck was the ONLY option at Ste. Chappelle winery music concert on July 26th. After waiting for over an hour after our arrival at the venue we still have no food, they ran out of everything, closed… down, let some people get on a special queue and not others, were very unprofessional. The gal taking orders was trying to do her job and be courteous but the guy running the kitchen was just concerned with damage control and how many people he "didn't want to piss off" we asked about the list of names while waiting and were told there wasn't one. we waited in the front of the line

Hey y’all! If you are in Meridian/ Boise area you MUST try this place. The food is delish! Some of the best brisket I’ve had in some time! The service is +1, the price point is way more than fair and the… portions are generous. Yesterday I last minute ordered lunch for the clinic where I work (company paid 🙌🏼). Was in town and was looking for something locally owned and we stumbled upon this place. Having lived with a couple Hawaiians I have been spoiled with amazing cooking from them and their families. I must say this place did not disappoint! Upon entering we were greeted and given a rundown of the menu. We ended up sharing the 3 meat plate and it was glorious. We had the loco moco(simple but amazing!), katsu chicken(a little different then I've had but was damn good with the sauce), and the Kalua pig(by far my favorite! Was super tender and fatty just how I like it). We had the Hawaiian Mac salad

This was the first time that I've tried Kanak Attack in house. I've had their awesome catering before, but I had no idea that they had a storefront so close to my house. We needed a quick, but delicious lunch and trusty Yelp guided us here!
This location is right next to their catering office. So you can try some delicious food and then hop next door to book them for your next party. The interior is very cute. Open and bright. There is plenty of space between tables and they are all table and chairs. The decorations are nice...obviously Hawaiian themed and they look pretty authentic

If you were around a few years ago when there was a Kanack Attack in that strip mall off Broadway, this is the same owner. They still have their coconut rice. I HAD to try them out as I do love my hawaiian food! I ordered the korean chicken and decided on the pineapple and spam fried rice. When my food came out, I was so excited. The rice was dry and flavorless, the macaroni salad was missing oomph and the korean chicken's sauce tasted burnt. I was sadly disappointed. In all fairness, the chicken itself was nice and juicy. The tacos were delicious, and quite surprisingly, filling. Sometimes food truck tacos aren't filled with much meat. I can honestly say, the tacos left me satisfied. I ended up getting the Korean Beef, Pork, and Brisket tacos. I didn't have room in my stomach for the sides.
Great shift from the standard food trucks I've tried before. Especially since it's influenced by Hawaiian flavor.
