Services
One of our highly trained Repair Process Managers first looks at your vehicle to determine the severity of the damage. An estimate is written that will serve as a guideline for the repair process. We will work with your insurance company to insure that your vehicle will be repaired to pre-accident condition.
We are experiencing some unusual and trying times, unlike any other time in our nations history. These times dictate even more diligence in how we conduct our business. For the past thirty-eight (38) years I have been involved in the Collision Repair business and I have endeavored to stay consistent in my approach to the quality of my trade as well as to the manner in which I serve my community.
Our L & H Auto Body employees, at our auto body shop in Evergreen and in Minturn, keep the customer's best interests in mind in all phases of our work. We try to educate our customers and the insurance companies on the best approaches to auto body repair, and we are quick to advise them if we think something should be done differently or should not be done at all.
THIS CERTIFICATE assures the repairs to which you and "L&H Auto Body" have agreed on Repair Order _______ have been completed. We guarantee the work performed at "L&H Auto Body" so long as said vehicle shall remain under the present ownership. Items on the repair order such as, Sublet Work or Sublet Labor, are subject to the guarantee of those suppliers.
I live in Las Vegas and was visiting my Aunt in Lakewood. I had decided to drive out from Las Vegas, taking advantage of the mountains and canyons along the way. After spending 7 great days with my Aunt I was scheduled to leave on the 8th day and of course got involved in a rear end collision on I70 the day before I was to leave.

These folks are truly what a good business entity should be. They do great work, their prices are so reasonable it's ridiculous, and they are really nice folks. they make you feel at home and are ready to explain any questions that you might like answers to. And they get your work done when they promise it will be done. I have had these guys work on 4 different cars and trucks of mine and they really are the best. they cared about me as a customer but also as a human being, which is rare today. they do their best to keep the cost down, they work hard to finish the job in a most timely manner, and they really are just down right good people. I highly recommend them for any auto body problems you might have. You won't regret it!

This is the 3rd time I've used L&H Auto Body and every time their quotes have been significantly less than the competition. They went above and beyond replacing my front bumper. He saved a piece (shield?) that was still intact to save me $$. He also fixed a ding on my door without charge. They were super prompt AND absolutely delightful people. I told my Mother not to even bother going to anyone else...L&H is where the value is!

Great experience. Went far and above there scope of work. Busy but took the time to discuss the repair. My damage was small in comparison to other damaged vehicles but I felt like they took the same care as larger jobs. Very clean operations and just all around nice people...and I mean all of them.

My husband backed up into my car. Sigh.... He did major damage to my passenger side front door- damage that required paint to be blended with panels on either side of the door, along with door replacement. Thanks honey!
I got three quotes for repair. L&H was the lowest, the fastest, the kindest- and the repair work they did is exceptional! They left my door looking like new, and they also returned the car to me before the estimated completion date and cleaned up both inside and out (did they buff out other scratches too? Looks like it to me!). Could a mom who needs her car to ferry around kids

I love supporting local especially when the quality of work and customer service is top notch! L&H completed my job in lightning speed and my car is back to gorgeous! Dallas is a gem - super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive! I hope I don't need auto body repair any time soon but if I do I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Thanks guys!!

We had no choice but to take our car here through our insurance. After the estimate was complete (no work was done) we tried to pickup our car. When we tried to ask questions about the car, the employee got right in our faces and got nasty with us telling us we had to have the car towed, and couldn't drive it. This is one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. I would not only not recommend them to anyone but there are no words for the lack of customer service and professionalism received. If I had the option I would not even give them 1 star.

My Subaru Forester was damaged in the May 2017 hail storm. On a reference from the Nextdoor community I contacted L&H. Valerie told me that they were not even going to schedule appointments for several weeks in order to deal with the paperwork coming in the from the insurance claims. I sent my paperwork over and was eventually scheduled for mid Sept. The insurance claim itemization was flawed and every change had to be OK to proceed. Instead of 2 weeks it took 7 but that was pretty much the way it was going with everyone I know having the hail damage repairs done. L&H did an excellent

Waited two days for them to contact me after a crash and being referred as safeco's official body shop in evergreen. On second call to safeco was told "Chris" from L&H would call me immediately. Chris and me have very different definitions of immediately. They didn't call on the following Monday, either, or today, now five days after the incident. I told Safeco in my third call to them, last night, that they should probably find another shop in Evergreen. They concurred.

Beware these people don't pay their bills. I have been trying to collect over $3,500 from invoices dating back to January. Wendy will kindly take your phone call but has no intentions on following through or paying their debt. From a customers perspective this is alarming as they probably won't be around if you need any future warranty work.

I used L&H Auto Body in Minturn for some repairs on my 4Runner after a minor accident. Chris and his staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in regards to customer service! Chris kept me informed on the repair process throughout the week and offered solutions beyond what was necessary. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Vail Valley!

Just had a great experience at L & H Auto Body. Had a quote from another shop for $950 (just under my deductible, of course) for hit & run deer damage and really didn't want to spend much on my 10 year old car. The owner came out to check the damage and said, "I can fix that, for free!" 5 minutes later, the dent was pulled back out and it looks as if nothing happened! Couldn't be more thrilled!!!
