They did a great job . They gave me a timely estimate and then set up a repair time. They not only met the repair time they beat it by a full day. This is the second time I have used them. I will continue to go back for all my work as well, as recommend them to friends and family.

We had a Ford 4 door F150 where the front end was damaged by a snow plow company clearing our business parking lot. The truck already had 220,000 miles on it and it came out of the shop looking like new. The truck was for my 16 year old grand son and now he is the big man on campus with such a good looking machine to drive to school. Thank you Golden Coach Works for a wonderful job!

Don't sign the form.
If you sign, and they mismanage the experience such that you no longer wish to work with them, they'll happily charge you for your time they wasted.
Believe me. They'll remind you how, "You signed the form" as they wave it in your face while you pay them; since they have your vehicle in custody.
I can't think of another time I've been directly charged for ineptitude, by the entity which wronged me.
Also, Jana does sloppy work. She estimated 26 hours to fix two plastic panels that she insisted were high strength steel...to the point of arguing with the insurance adjustor

My car was rear-ended and needed the bumper repaired. I was able to quickly get an estimate that was less expensive than the first body shop I contacted. They got my car in quickly and got the repair done in 3 days.
The detailing was incredible - best my car has looked since I bought it.
What really stands out is that I detected some problems with the finish on the bumper. It turned out that there were bubbles in the invisible bra. They agreed to replace it at their expense, and it now looks great. I so appreciate their integrity and that they stand behind their work, unlike my experience with
