G Fitness & Wellness is a boutique studio that offers a workout experience that caters to our client's individual needs. G Fitness specializes in Personal Training, Women's Fitness, Kickboxing, Barre and Mat Pilates. Clients include those looking to change body composition, improve athletic performance, improve balance, to those requiring rehab from injuries.

Sessions are customized exclusively to our clients beginning with an initial assessment and extensive history intake. We test and retest throughout our sessions to make sure our wellness plan is beneficial to you. This scientifically backed, neurological based training gives immediate feedback allowing us to make changes immediately.
Services
I have recently started a company wellness program for our 12 employees and have been visiting Gina during our lunch breaks twice a week for the last few months. Her classes are the mid-day pickup that we need to stay energized and re-charged - the best way to combat that afternoon slump! She is a versatile teacher, ready with modifications or options for exercises so that no one gets hurt and everyone is able to keep up.
Once again, Ashley finds herself having to start over. She is introduced to the seductive world of mixed martial arts, where Ashley finds an inner strength she never knew existed. With time, she overcomes the obstacles of her past, leading her to love again. But, in the end, will her past catch up with her and destroy everything she's worked so hard to build?

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
Just finished an AMAZING kickboxing workout with Gina. She made sure it was challenging (!) but continuously checked in to see what I liked, what I wanted to focus on, and how I was feeling throughout the session. She is professional while still making the workout tons of fun. Highly recommend!

The workouts are amazing, hard yet fun. Gina does a great job with making everyone feel welcome, no matter your athletic ability, or physical shape. I've been doing her classes for the past 4 months and have seen great results!! Try it out, you won't be disappointed. Come ready to work and sweat, and have fun!
