Are you ready to open up your own FRLS Fitness location? Brandon Rocco first started his career in the health and fitness industry while attending college. In 2011 his passion became health and fitness. He started to train friends at school, while playing collegiate rugby and knew this was his found passion.

Brandon then earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Leisure Management from Eastern Connecticut State University with a concentration in Sports Performance and Sports Management. From there, he became certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor from AFFA. Brandon has racked up over 50,000 training hours working with clients of all ages and demographics.

Guts & Glory is a Boxing intensive class that focuses on form, technique, endurance, cardio and core work! Here we are teaching basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance-the perfect class to get shredded!
Our Group Training Program, otherwise known as "Team Training" is designed to challenge individuals of all fitness levels. No matter if you are an avid gym goer who is just looking to increase your mobility or someone who is getting back into exercising after a long period of rest. One of our experienced coaches will assess and determine with you what your goals, needs, and wants are to ensure the best possible outcome for your program.
Small Group Training offers the best of both worlds and social dimensions of Group Fitness. With small group training you have the accountability and attention of Personal Training while in a smaller group then our normal large group training classes. Typical small group training sessions meet for five weeks and 2 times each week with a coach and a small group of peers.
One-on-one Personal Training is offered to clients who are looking for a more personal approach to fitness. We have an amazing team of certified coaches, who are passionate career professionals. Our personal training services are designed to help individuals achieve their utmost potential.

Our programs utilize a variety of traditional strength and functional methods to develop both strength and balance, increase fat loss, decrease your risk for injury and enhance your overall performance.At Fearless Fitness our goal is to maximize your workouts and keep you moving one step closer to your goal, every workout.
Here at Fearless we offer training for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Regardless of whether they are Youth, High School, College or Pro; our coaches can specifically train for you. Our program is designed to meet the specific needs of an athlete for performance enhancement and injury prevention.

I've been gym hopping for a few years since I was unable to find a spot with a good mix of classes, exercises and trainers that I enjoyed working with.

This place has really changed that for me. The trainers are amazing here- some of the best I've had. There is a method to their strength and conditioning where they focus on certain parts of the body each class and have a focus each month.

Monday's and Wednesday's are known as strength days and Tuesdays and Thursdays are cardio days. Fridays are cardio boxing days and Saturday and sundays are the playground days.

Fearless is just great. Been a member for years. FF has a great program of workouts for each day of the week so you know what to expect. Best part for me - show up, get a great workout in quickly and have a lot of fun in the process. Glenn and Brandon are great instructors and have a great team. Give it a try!

Excellent small group training. All the trainers are great at leading challenging workouts that are always different and keep you interested and engaged. Much better than the large gym chains in the area.

Fearless Fitness is the best gym I have been to. I got bored at the big box gyms and this was the prefect fit for me. Brandon, Glenn, Laurie and Ian are great trainers, the workouts are changing all the time, you never do the same thing twice in a week or month. They keep you motivated to work hard in a fun atmosphere. I've met some great people and have made friends along the way. If you want a great workout come to Fearless Fitness. I love it there!

Seriously the best gym in town, trainers and staff are all great and highly knowledgable. It has all the equipment that is needed including boxing which I love. Not only that but the program and workouts always keep my body sore and wanting more. Results are real here!

I’ve been a member of Fearless Fitness for over a year after being a longtime member of another local boot camp gym previously. I switched to Fearless because of the smaller classes with more individual attention from the coaches. I feel like the coaches really circulate to each station and each person to correct your form which is key in both preventing injury and challenging you to push yourself . I also appreciate the early class times (5:30 am) as I am a teacher and need to be a school by 7:30 am. I also love the set schedule of workout days (strength days are Monday’s and Wednesday’s

This is a great gym. Awesome balance of strength and cardio. The trainers are all awesome but unique in their own ways, it is amazing how they can motivate in such different styles and still keep the same mindset! If you want to get sweaty. build confidence and strength you have to drop in for a class!!

I have had memberships to several gyms and tried an at home work-out program but none compare to Fearless Fitness! The group workouts are always different and the coaches are amazing! Definitely have seen an increase in my strength and stamina. Not to mention I am down several inches since joining in the summer! If you’re looking for a challenge but also fun, this is the place.

Fearless Fitness is awesome ! After being a loyal client of another local boot camp gym (for years), I switched to Fearless for three main reasons :

1) early morning class time --5:30am which is crucial for me as I have to be at work by 7:30am. Side note : moving it even earlier (5:15) would be amazing !!!

2) individual attention from trainers-- trainers thoroughly explaining each workout and movement to make sure you are using the appropriate weight and motion -- much less chance of getting hurt !!

3) workouts stick to a "plan" each day of the week
Mondays and Wednesdays are strength

A one of a kind workout and experience! There are a lot of different gyms to choose from in the West Hartford area but Fearless Fitness is truly the best. Programming, coaches, facility and much more! You will see results! Check them out and you will not be disappointed.

I have trained with Brandon previously at another facility before opening Fearless. This man is nothing short then sensational in every aspect of your fitness journey. What ever you goals may be, this is the man to go to. He knows his stuff and presents it in such an amazing manner. You will love the results you see from the classes in a very short time.
