Johansson Clark Real Estate has been selling property on Bainbridge Island for over 60 years. We are a small independent firm providing old fashioned service combined with the efficiencies of modern technology. We love The Island; we all live here; some of us for generations; and many of us have raised our kids here.
With our small, intimate office environment, we operate as a team and by the end of most transactions most of our clients know all of us! Living on an island is full of its own unique experiences and we'll be glad to share them with you.

Bainbridge Island is located in the heart of Puget Sound in Kitsap County. Our county has more shorelines than any other county in the United States, at over 250 miles. So if you like the waterfront, we have it. Bainbridge Island is roughly the size of Manhattan at 5 miles by 10 miles yet we have only 25,000 people living here.
If you're considering selling real estate on Bainbridge Island, Johansson Clark would love the opportunity to serve you. Locally owned for over 60 years we're well versed in the different neighborhoods on Bainbridge Island and Kitsap County in general. We know the subdivisions and the tiny little unnamed lanes.
We will analyze the data you provide and get back to you with comparable sale information for your neighborhood and a range of approximate values for your property. If you need a more precise valuation estimate, we will arrange to tour the property with you. All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.
As a third generation Islander you might say I have seen and experienced some changes and growth on Bainbridge Island. As a kid I picked strawberries in the fields where Meadowmeer is now located. As a teenager I canned strawberries at the current site of the Pavilion. I remember the first stop light being installed and of course the first McDonald's where "Crazy Eric's Hamburgers" once stood.
