I recently bought a car from Lorena, it went so smoothly the car is great she made sure it was safe and ready to go for me. Almost didn't go to this dealership due to a review I read online. I'm glad that I did, turned out to be a very nice experience at The Lending Group Auto. My salesman was George and he was very nice & helpful. Had a hiccup with the pre-approval numbers matching, they are working everything out. Thank you for the good service, it's hard to find.

These guys are scammers I live in San Jose and they are in Sacramento it's really far I called we made a deal and after going in the middle of the road they called me saying they sold it after 2 hours they called again if I still want it I had to back again and after buying they said everything was fine and after a few days I took it to a auto shop and they told me they were going to charge me 2,500 for fixing the problem it had with the steering wheel I called back and the OWNER "BOSS" told me "thats on you , we sold it to you" it barely pass 4-5 days the person who sold

Tried getting a Camaro here and they did the run around for a whole month because they wanted more money out or me and my mom. And when they didn't get the amount they wanted they lied and said they sold the car at auction and then called back
And asked if we still wanted it. They are liars and thieves. They even sent fake paperwork to the bank saying we already signed paperwork. Do not go here. It's a trap! Zero stars if I could.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They ran our credit on a Saturday, had us there ALL day saying they were waiting for approval from a bank, and then told us the banks were closed & we would hear from them on Monday. Monday came, no call. I called Baja who said that he was still waiting on the bank. Tuesday came, no call. They ran our credit, got our tax info, had all of our personal information, and did NOTHING. We got letters in the mail from 3 different banks saying they approved our auto loan request!!! So our credit was ran for absolutely nothing. We got a car from somewhere else and are SO HAPPY we

Purchased a Truck from this lot and there was a serious safety hazard going on. The emergency brake will pop on in the middle of driving, After the company claimed they fixed it the same thing happened on the freeway and we had to swerve in front on coming diesel trucks to get to safety. After we were stranded for two hours on the side of the road we had to be towed home. We had the truck three weeks I had nothing but problems. Unfortunately while parked outside waiting for the vehicle to be towed someone hit the back of it and totaled it out. Because the truck was overpriced from the beginning

My experience with this place started yesterday. I stopped in to check out and test drive a 2015 VW Jetta that I had seen on CarGuru this week. The mileage listed on their website for the car was 44.8k but when I inspected the car, I noticed that it had 51.4k--a SEVEN THOUSAND mile difference. (First Red Flag!) The sales guy seemed meek and polite which was refreshing but then his boss came out and tried urging me to buy the car that night on the spot. Had a great experience here. I bought a beautiful 2003 Lexus GX470. It looks great even though it has a few minor cosmetic issues but let's face it, it is 17 years old!
Armond, the salesman who helped me, was very welcoming and friendly. No pressure, took his time and let us take a test drive on our own.
Mechanically it is also great! Of course it is a Lexus so that is to be expected and I had a mobile mechanic check it out before I bought it. The guys at Lending Group were very supportive of my mechanic when he came. Armond had encouraged me to have my mechanic check it out.
