I tried to purchase a vehicle, filled out a credit app, was told that I was approved, received over 6 credit notifications confirming. Ive tried to call multiple times, spoke to Mike and texted him, he said him or the finance person would call me back, but I haven't herd from anyone in almost a week..

Incredibly nice staff who didn't pressure me or make me feel rushed to make a decision. They let me test drive a few trucks so I could gauge what I truly wanted in my next vehicle. When I made my decision on which truck I wanted to buy, they were more than fair on their trade in offer for my old truck. It was a great experience all around!

I recently purchased a 2014 Range Rover from Ricky lue. Purchase went smoothly no problems, great car. However four months down the line I noticed one day that my key fob didn’t have a key in it,🤔 so I called Ricky and told him. Hey there was never a key with the remote fob. 😀

Their staff was out the door very helpful. Al had all the details about the car, the prospective loan, financing options all in very short order. I got a better deal here than I would have at Carmax. Buying a car after my old one died during all this Covid Chaos wasn't fun, but Al and the staff at Karem Auto Sales made it a hassle free and painless. I have already recommended them to several others who are in need of a new car.

Great service from Al, but DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT get their warranty program! We got the top warranty plan. $3000 warranty. Our truck has been in the shop for 2 weeks for a 1 day repair. Red Shield DENIED our claim. I called to find out why, they told us it wasn't covered. It says right in our contract it's covered. I tell the guy. He puts me on… hold. I decide to record the convo. He proceeds to tell me they didn't read our contract and will review it again. Only agreed to fix 1 of the 3 leaks because the other two are just "seeping". Also told Nissan that they will send the part within
