I rarely give 5 starts to apartments. This is the only apartment l gave 5 star for in my 8 year life in the US.
1) Excellent maintenance service, ever, by far
2) very responsive and polite staff in the office
3) decent neighbors and good relations between neighbors
4) natural gas for heating
5) brand new home
6) you have a garage, although it is not oversized
7) some treats, like providing free food with foodtruck
8) timely snow removal
9) no bedbucks, cocroach or flies issues
10) not a large amount of deposit you'll pay, $500.
Suggestions:
1) no overhead lights in the bedrooms, would

A new construction community offering luxury living in the Hampden Twp, most of my boxes were checked with Hampden Greene when I downsized less than 24 months ago with a 3 bedroom 2 bath upstairs unit. Initially I was impressed with amenities such as the Amazon Hub for packages, monthly newsletters, and other electronic communications. For various reasons the package lockers seemed to be short lived and replaced with mail and packages being delivered to the incorrect address - unit numbers are similar on the same street and different streets within the community it's bound to happen - at least

We are on month number 5 and love it here. It is what we wanted: set rules, privacy, convenience to food stores and health care.... We want to thank YEC who is in the process of doing the final paving. They have been professional, friendly and pay attention to details. In addition, they have worked very LONG hours this week. Also, Bailey's Landscaping have been here since restrictions lifted. Three crews have worked around our location. Again, they worked long hours in excessive heat while maintaining a sense of humor and doing their jobs. They are not responsible for the drought that did in the

Hampden Greene has been exceptionally great since we moved in back in June. My wife and I had an awesome experience from coming in to see the apartment through the move in process. The few minor maintenance issues we had have been done quickly. The entire staff has been very professional. The apartments are nice and open and the amenities are great. It is a very nice complex to live in and we will be here for a long time!
