Services
Come to our office; leave a $10.00 cash deposit, and a copy of your I.D. You can borrow two (2) keys at a time. Keys must be returned within one (1) hour. We only check keys out Monday - Friday 8:15 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. KEYS CAN NOT BE CHECKED OUT OVER NIGHT. If the keys are not returned the deposit will not be returned to you.

They are quick to collect our rent for these overpriced roach infested bed bug infested buildings but don't want to fix their property. Maintainance guys steals from tenants and pretty much only puts band-aids on stuff that really needs fixed. While they are living lovely through their tenants, their tenants sides. According to them, heating is not an emergency to them. No running water is also not an emergency to them. Unless you are desperate for a place to live, use them as a last resort. They make slumlords look like luxury landlords.

They were good to get back to us on any problem or fix most anything. But, the mice, rat, and run down building speaks for itself. All apartments offered were in allison hill or nearby. They were honest about what they had and they let you look in any apartment. A fair company in a bad part of town.

Absolutely absurd. They have the nerve to exploit their tenants by charging $600/month ($150/week) for a run-down room in the ghetto, only to evict them for clogging a toilet. True definition of garbage. I will never refer anyone to this company. It is truly unfortunate that they take advantage of people this way.

I would never rent from these slum lords. I own property Next to this company and I've contacted them many times in regards to there property maintenance, that they never fix. It is destroying my property and my next step is legal action. I can't believe they house people in the condition of there properties.

He is the worst landlord in harrisburg. He won't do anything to his property. His staff is very unprofessional and so is his maintenance man. He doesn't fix what u need fixed but he still wants u to pay or he'll be quick to take u to court. I would never recommend this rental place to anyone. He gives slumlord a whole new meaning.
