After nine years working in the golf industry, I obtained my real estate salesperson license in 1993 and my real estate broker's license in 2001.
Do you need support for your rental property? Please read our list of tenant services and get in contact with our friendly professionals. If you miss your repair appointment, you may be held responsible for the payment of the service call. If the repair is deemed to be due to misuse or neglect on the tenant's behalf, tenant shall be responsible for the payment of the repair.
All applications are processed in accordance with Federal and State Fair Housing laws. We agree to assist all applicants without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, handicap, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age or HIV infection. A copy of a driver's license, military id or government issued ID with photo must accompany all rental applications.

If I can rate Property Professionals NEGATIVE FIVE STARS, I would do so in a heart beat. This company ran my family's property to the ground by the clients they selected for our houses.
- Every tenant Property Professionals selected neglected our houses and some did not pay rent on time.
- Property Professionals would refer us to maintenance services who would charge astronomical rates.
Where is Property Professionals' due diligence? Property Professionals has general poor standards for tenant selection and property management? We dismissed Property Professionals in 2020 and we officially cleaned

They blocked my last reviews so I'll keep trying. Brenda will slow walk application and simply won't rent to you if your not a local. I filed multiple appeals to HUD and they keep rubber stamping them. They simply will not rent to certain people from the mainland. If I say the word google blocks me but we know. This is a terrible company. Just read the other reviews to confirm. And what's more, they just don't care. Stay away.

The worst Property Management agency. Unprofessional Property Management is a more accurate name. The staff has no intention of renting out anything because they are Overt racists and passive aggressive. They will accept your application but won't do anything with it. When you call they'll just string you along or nothing at all. Save yourself time and effort and go somewhere else. Unless you like narcissist abuse and have nothing else to do. If you want professionals and intelligent staff go somewhere else.

All the properties managed by this company are not well kept or maintained. Was taken to view several properties, which they considered “super nice”, but all were very dirty and falling apart. Our concerns about the conditions were quickly dismissed which seemed to be the theme. There was even a dead bird and fleas in one house!
If that’s their standard for their properties, I would not feel comfortable having them as my property manager.

The workers at this place is seriously lacking Aloha, this is so far my worse review and it not something I enjoy but truth is how I will tell it!
My client is white and the staff is local. I have known racism and bigotry, it exists here.
To have that attitude at a real estate office is deplorable.
Their attitude was cold.
I immediately noticed when a dark skinned person, ( they were strangers as they introduced each other,) the employees had smiles all of a sudden and were talkative.
This business is not one I would recommend, two stars is very generous.

I moved To Hawaii and had asked to view two homes to which I was Rudely explained by Donna that I need An approved application. After submitting the application I was Told to wait a few weeks... in the period of the application approval to which they do not credit check ... so what took so long?? I called everyday for a week and asked to speak with kevin every time to which Brenda said it would be routed back to her anyways... Brenda is kind over the phone and seems eager to help. However Donna honestly doesn’t care about urgency and is extremely rude. The house I wanted And tried to put a deposit

This company strung me along for two months then rented the apartment right out from under me. My application was never reviewed, my references were never contacted nor were my previous landlords. If I was the owner using this company claiming to be a property management company I would have serious concerns that units in my building went unrented for months at a time. I can just say to any owner using property professionals to seek a more reputable company to do business with because this company cares less about its clients and potential customers.

You need housing Mr. Kevin All I is the most honest, sincerest knowledgeable Realtor around!! You must see him first as it will be your last stop! Customer service is what I love in Kevin and let him show you the same Aloha! Rentals, Kevin's team of Brenda, Donna are the best rental agents around!! Smiles at all times and you just feel loved when you go thru their doors!! I know them personally and have been showed a lot of love by Kevin and his team! Trust me, I praise hard but I critique even harder!! Not here!! Go experience them!!! You'll be honored! Aloha!
