Dan was born and raised in Chicago. After graduating from Knox College he started his career in the Automobile industry. He has held almost every position in the dealership from Porter to Finance Manager which gives him a wide perspective of the industry. Dan joined the Fletcher Jones team in 2008.
As General Manager, his main goal is to make buying and servicing your car as straight forward and pain free as possible. Melinda was originally born in Hungary and moved to Chicago in 2008. Cars and driving was always her passion and she's very happy to work for Audi. She is especially proud of the Award Winning Audi engine being manufactured in her home country!

Helped my friend buy himself a new car here. It's exceptional inside for sure. Very nice waiting areas, lots of good consessions for patrons. Actually pretty good coffee. We were helped my a salesman named dexter who was very kind and helpful and also a car enthusiast! Obviously he and I had a lot to talk about. Dexter made the experience painless and as fast as buying a used car can be. Start to finish it was about four hours to test drive, inspect the car, discuss the price, go over finance, and get the deal done. I rated four stars because while it was an enjoyable experience there was zero

This was seamless! Nolan was so service oriented and helped facilitate the paperwork once we decided to buy - so fast and easy! He was polite, helpful, fun to work with and not pushy at all,; just an excellent, knowledgeable sales person. We bought from Audi Experience last time, but this time and next we will definitely come to Fletcher Jones first! One more note, Nolan did an excellent job walking me through the features of my new A7 hybrid when I came in to pick it up. All of the sales people and finance people here were exceptional!

Great experience with Colleen and finance manager (Michael, I believe). Scheduled a test drive for a used car we found online. Was warmly welcomed when we arrived at the showroom. The car was clean, had been freshly touched up, and looked to have just gotten new tires. We test drove and purchased the car within 2 hours. No gimmicks, no pushy sales tactics - just an overall easy and straightforward experience. Highly recommend.
