If I could give a zero, I would. Nissan Berman knowingly sold me a salvage vehicle with an open recall- PM971. They recall was placed 3/16/21, and I was sold the vehicle on 7/31. Already feeling mistreated, I scheduled service at Nissan Berman, to get the recall taken care of, 6 different times since September (9/17, 9/25, 12/10, 12/16, 12/20, 12/28). Each time, including today 12/31 when I arrived at 7 am, they waited for me to get there only to say the parts for the recall (a malfunctioning brake light) were not in. To add insult to injury, Emir Martinez, my 'Service Consultant' was unavailable

Cesar was a fantastic salesperson for us when we walked into Nissan. He provided us excellent customer service throughout our whole experience. He was very knowledgeable with all of the cars and helping us narrow down to exactly the features we were looking for. Cesar was friendly and relatable throughout our whole time with him. Once Cesar helped us find our amazing car, Shirley was very kind during the financing process. She helped us understand all the different options we had in a quick and efficient manner. We are very thankful for both of them during our experience and would highly recommend
