The cap would not easily come off so he said next time it's loose pull it out and don't push back in! Well it happened next morning and they saw me and fixed in 30 minutes! If a tooth has become severely decayed, has had a root canal or has broken or cracked, you might be told that it needs a crown. The crown procedure is done quickly in our office when it is most convenient for you.
Dental implants are revolutionary new way to completely replace a missing tooth. In the past, your two options for replacing a tooth were with a fixed bridge or a partial denture. The implant is made out of surgical-safe titanium which, when inserted underneath the gum and into the bone, creates a secure abutment for a dental crown.
Mini dental implants use a smaller amount of metal to fully replace a tooth. Mini implants are easier to place and more suited for patients with thinner bone density or smaller mouths. The implant can be used to place other restorations, such as dental crowns. Mini implants are just as durable and long-lasting as larger implants.

They overcharge for proceedures that are not necessary. Was very unhappy with the personal care of the dentist himself. Talked down to me and my sister! They were going to charge me for things that didn't need to be done and instead of putting a crown on a tooth they put a temporary, charged for a perminent and when it fell off wanted to charge for it again. Insurance paid twice for the work they did once! Very, very unsatisfied with the dentist!

Awesome staff, and excellent dentist! Dr Rutner is extremely experienced, and well able to explain each procedure you need--not just the how but the why. My dental hygienist is also excellent- you may well hear the old refrain to floss more (who doesn't?), but she is very gentle and makes sure to get every bit that needs it. Even the front desk manager is wonderful- she is able to help schedule appointments to work best with your insurance, and explain your treatment plan so you aren't surprised by any bills. A++!

I called Sierra Tahoe Dental to report a tooth infection last week while traveling and was pleasantly surprised they could get me in on Monday. I was in severe pain, and they immediately took a 3D scan to determine I had an old failed root canal, plus the tooth right next to it had an infected nerve. The Dentist , Dr. Robert Rutner offered to do the root canal and extraction the same day , and I took them up on the offer because my pain was so severe. I’m really happy with that decision because I’m feeling almost myself again the very next day. 5 Stars to Dr. Rutner and his staff for treating

I've been meaning to review this office for years and since I just got home from a cleaning I figured now is the perfect time. Everyone that works here is extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming-which really is an added bonus when having to go to the dentist. I've been going here on-and-off for years (insurance issues) and have always left feeling completely taken care of. From the ladies at the front desk, to the doc himself, his assistant, and the hygienist; they really make you feel as comfortable as possible while in the chair. Plus, they all happen to be EXCELLENT at their jobs!
