Dr James and his staff are amazing! The office is well organized and awesome to work with. They have a family atmosphere and explained each our visits. I highly recommend Dr James. He was very gently, kind and gave you a detailed explanation of his exams and recommended next steps to keep your teeth and gums healthy. His hygienist was also excellent. They both have awards for being the number one dentist

Very fortune to find Dr. James less than a mile from my home. He was trained at one of the best Dental Schools in the country, Washington University in St. Louis. His office is always welcoming and his care spot on. It's not just a job to him, it's a profession and he does it as well as anyone. It rubs off on his professional and office staff. I have never had a bad experience.

This office is extremely unprofessional. There is a huge disconnect between the staff and doctor, which results in misinformation. I was told by an employee this is because of the high turnover rate within the office. When any doctors office gives misinformation to a patient, it’s your job to make things right and/or at least take some type of responsibility. Not place the blame on your patient. I went to the front desk, and overheard the employees talking poorly about me because I was frustrated by the miscommunication from them. I can't say enough positive comments about Dr James and his staff. I have been a patient of Dr James since I moved to Nevada in 2004. I have had many dental issues through the years and I have been blessed to have a dentist with the knowledge and expertise to handle anything that has occurred. His staff is patient, courteous and fun, totally focusing on the patient. What a team they make, you can't go wrong choosing Dr James as your dentist.
