One of most unique services is our in-home house calls for both clinic visits and physical therapy. When needed a patient can request a house call visit in which a member of our registered nursing or physical therapy team will come to the patient's location to provide care.
We provide primary health services just like any other clinic. You can chose which one of our practitioners you would like to see. We can meet with you virtually anywhere, making us the ideal choice for patients that live in rural areas, like to travel or are part of the growing number of snow birds.
We are a group of advanced medical professionals offering a new way to provide health care to people everywhere including those in rural areas using simple but modern technology. We offer our service to nursing homes and assisted living communities! We can send our nurses equipped with tablets and digital tools to assist the Nurse Practitioners to conduct the exams.
When you made your first appointment, you will receive an email confirming the time and date with a link to log in. Just like at a visit to a clinic, please plan to enter the portal about 15 minutes before your appointment to take care of some paperwork. The system will guide you through the set up.

Very nice group of professionals. The business is young and still has glitches to work out; the virtual visits have always been super spotty connection making it frustrating to have a conversation with the provider. Occasionally there will be a miscommunication with the provider and the office staff. When these kinks get worked out, they’ll be 5 star.
