Our Location Destiny Outreach After Hours Clinic is located at 1905 E. 8th St. It is on the old School for the Deaf complex, now called Empower Campus. We are within the Center of Hope offices in the large brick building on the north side of the Campus.

The vision of Destiny Healthcare International is to promote among all peoples, on foreign and domestic fields, particularly disadvantaged people groups, the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual health (integrated health) intended by God, and in so doing, release and encourage people to find and fulfill the purposes for which God has created and destined them.
Prolotherapy offers a unique way to treat chronic ligament, tendon and joint problems. Prolotherapy (Proliferative Therapy) is an injection treatment designed to repair weakened tendon and ligament structures in the body, which can be causes of intermittent or ongoing chronic musculoskeletal pain. Such structures can become weak as a result of trauma or a recurring abnormal stress, such as with poor posture or work-related repetition of movement.
Destiny Healthcare International (DHI) is our non-denominational, non-profit umbrella organization. Under this umbrella are Destiny Clinic Prolotherapy, offering Prolotherapy treatment for chronic musculoskeletal pain, Destiny Outreach After Hours Clinic, offering free urgent care to the uninsured, and Destiny International which focuses on promoting healthcare and community development in other countries.
In 2005, Destiny Family Medical Clinic opened its doors to serve the diverse people of this region with wholistic primary care. At the end of 2018, we closed the doors of Destiny Family Medical Clinic as far as providing primary care. Though having provided a unique treatment called Prolotherapy as part of Destiny Family Medical Clinic, Dr. Kidman is now focused on bringing Prolotherapy to the Sioux Falls area in a more concerted manner.
