Taught me to be the well rounded individual i have become today, thanks for everything, miss my family! As a grandparent, I couldn't be happier that my grandchildren go here. The enthusiasm and total commitment the staff has for each and every child is so sincere. You can't help but leave this place after a class with such a feeling of confidence and excitement for life.

I have gone to Chris Gates since I was a kid. He taught us respect, patience, to work hard and most importantly when its acceptable to use what he's trained us. I am now an adult and a better person because of Chris and his team's teachings. They have a fantastic way of connecting with all personalities. And I am honored to now see my nephew loving his classes as I still do.

I have been attending this school since I was 4 (Tiny Tiger) 6+ years now and will continue long after I earn my black belt. Read review that you get one in under a year? (maybe Theo Golding went to a different Chris Gates TKD or runs a competing school - sure seems like he never stepped a foot into our classes!!! Great instructors who really care! If Theo thinks were not for real he can stop in and talk to Sir John, Joe, James, Charlie, Brian or or any of the instructors - I'd pay to see that. Anyway - "This IS a black belt school!" and I love it here! MTC - weapons, sparring, and demo teams

We have been sending our boys to tae kwon do at Chris Gates for almost four years. Beyond teaching them the art of tae kwon do, they have helped instill values of focus, positivity, respect and teamwork. They have fostered a confidence that will help them in every area of their lives. The instructors are wonderful and take such personal care of each child. I would highly recommend Chris Gates Tae Kwon Do!

One of the best decisions I have ever made was signing up at Chris Gates Tae Kwon Do Health Center. I've been training here for 15 years now and I am still learning new things every day. The values that I have taken from all of my experiences will forever stay with me through everything I encounter in my life. Martial arts is not an activity that one can start and stop, it is a lifestyle. Every day that I walk onto the mat, I am warmly welcomed with a sense of peace and happiness. Chris Gates Tae Kwon Do is a second home to me and I have the privilege to spend much of my time teaching classes and

After now training at Chris Gates Tae Kwon Do for 13 years, it has become a part of my lifestyle. I eat, sleep and breathe Martial Arts. The reason it has become such a part of my is become of the amazing team that works there and they put everything they got into building a place where people of all ages can come and workout and feel good! Not only does it build confidence, discipline, respect, but it has build a community. I have been lucky to now be an instructor for 7 years and It is an amazing opportunity everyday to teach a sport i love. I am so lucky to teach amazing students and every day

This studio is'nt exactly a dojo, more of an Ilovekickboxing gym. if you want to lose some babyfat than this is the place your looking for. if you are looking for serious martial arts training, keep away. not only is this because Tae Kwon Do is an innefective art in general and the laughing stock of the martial arts community, but this is not a place to learn any serious art. you will not be taught to the fullest degree or the fullest effect. if you can obtain a black belt in under a year and a half thats when the bells start going off. You are not being taught by passion for the art, you are being
