Best workout ever. If you think you got stamina You will rethink that.... Rob will keep you busy for an hour and make you sweat like you never did before don’t forget to stretch and drink a lot of water and if you’re able to do it three or four times a week you will be in a great shape I was in the best shape of my life when working out with Rob
