Definitely the worst apartment complex ever , When I first moved there it was plumbing issues. I called to get the problem fix and they still didn’t fix it . They then decided to tell me that I had to move after they told me that they would work with me payments on the rent because of my work injury and they stole some of the items out of my apartment...I’ve had a couple of witnesses that saw the workers taking bags of my belongings...I called to speak with the manager Holly and she was very disrespectful..Do not move there ,They want all of that money and can’t even give you proper services

I just recently moved out only because I wanted to be closer go family. I lived here for 13 months and have no complaints.
I loved this apartment complex. The people I met whole walking my dog were amazing and the walk around the complex is a nice beautiful walk.
Any maintenance request was completed within 24 hours no matter how big or small the issue was and the maintenance people were always so nice too.
The price was amazing. I'm not sure if it was so cheap because I moved mid Covid, but I never saw prices for any place that low before and for the quality of the apartment.

This has to be one of the worst, if not the worse places I’ve ever leased from. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get in contact with someone in the office. & When you finally do, you can never get the information you need in a decent amount of time. People don’t have money to throw down the drain to you people!!!! Thought about renewing but I refuse to do this for another 13 months.

My 83 year old dad has lived there for 3 years. Tonight as he was sitting watching tv he heard this loud noise and found out his bathroom mirror (which is over double vanity so it’s big) just fell off the wall and busted in a million pieces. So 4 hours later and about 6 phone calls which by the way are located in India, Iraq, Afghanistan and… Romania they tell me he can use the other bathroom. An 83 year old with multiple back surgeries and major spinal nerve damage is expected to walk to the other bathroom and use it when he gets up about 5 times a night. Emergency maintenance crews

Since the pandemic started I have had the worst experience living here. Even after saying all preventive measures would be taken and they would reopen amenities. They post hours for the office and gym and no one ever answers the phone and the gym is always closed. The gym has been closed off and on all year and it’s really been negatively impacting my workout regime. The walls of my bedroom are so thin i can hear my neighbors conversations. Also they never give me documentation in a timely manner. I can’t wait to leave honestly lol

Rent is well priced for the location.

Trash don’t live here. My ceiling has been leaking since Thursday. They have no clue what emergency maintenance is. Maintenance man said he’d come back and now there’s mold growing under my carpet from water… damage. Awesome 🙂 the picture is after we’ve poured the water out for the billionth time today

I love living here. I am in a Carriage House which shares no wall space with any other apartments. Management is awesome and holds the residents to the rules. I love how beautiful the property is in the spring and the pool area is huge! I have never lived anywhere where I have seen such a variety of birds too. I wish my garage was accessible from inside my unit, but the first floor three bedroom has this option so that is my next move:)

I lived at Courtney Station for 15 months and it was wonderful. The staff is kind and always has answers when you come into the office. Every time I put in a maintenance request it was completed within a timely manner and if it was taking a little too long I could always call and see when they'd be getting to me. I specifically waited to write this review until after I moved out to ensure that they didn't try to get every penny out of me on move-out, which they did not. I felt safe and at home during my entire stay at Courtney Station. It was a pleasure to live here.

I would like to recognize the groundskeeper that we have here at Courtney Station! I'm embarrassed that I do not know his name, but he is a hard worker and always busy! Being in the industry myself, I know how tedious and tiring the groundskeeper position can be. I also know how hard it is to find good honest employees who take pride in their work! Wonderful job young man! Your work does not go unnoticed! Thank you for keeping this place looking clean and beautiful
