Like many other Floridians my home insurance was cancelled due to risk. I have to find new insurers and have a four point inspection and wind mitigation assessment completed very quickly. I had used Michael in 2018 and was impressed by his professionalism so I reached out to him again. he didn't disappoint as he came promptly and carried out the work efficiently. He also helped further after the report resolve a further query with the insurance broker which could save me replacing a 2 garage door. I highly recommend his services, you wont be disappointed.

Working with Michael on my home inspection was a pleasure, he was punctual, professional and friendly. He was extremely thorough and explained every part of the process in great detail. Mike was a fantastic inspector! Even though he mostly serves Broward County, he was nice enough to go out of his way and come all the way down to Miami for this first-time buyer's home inspection. Mike was punctual (early actually), thorough, and turned around the home inspection report in less than 48 hours. He's a consummate professional and his astute observations on our inspection report saved us a ton of money by allowing us to negotiate the purchase price of our home.
