We would like to introduce our "Repair Request Builder" - a FREE service that we include in all of our reports that make negotiations a breeze! No more long documents, multiple emails, and confusion over repairs and cost estimates. With FSHI, you get what you need to make good decisions as well as negotiate with the seller.
We will photograph and report over aspects of the home that is covered under the standards of practice. We identify any safety defects that could cause harm to you, your family and/ or property. I am now offering a Home Inspection Alternative (verbal walk-thru consultations) starting at $150 for up to one hour and $100 per hour after that.
The 4 Point Inspection was created after Hurricane Andrew struck Florida in 1992. It is performed on behalf of the insurance companies and, typically, as a requirement for the insurer offering insurance to the new homeowner. After the barrage of hurricanes in Florida in 2004 and 2005, the 4 Point Inspection has taken on added importance.

I am new to Florida and was looking for an inspector for our new house, I did a lot of research online because I did not know anyone local. Jared is a meticulous and friendly inspector. I followed him around the entire inspection, peppering him with questions, and he answered them completely and patiently. I received our report extremely quickly, with detailed photos of all the damage to the home I was considering purchase on. Would definitely use again! Wore a mask. Was respectful.
