Weaver Home Inspection is owned and operated by licensed home inspector, Jon Weaver. Jon began his inspection company in Crossville in eastern Tennessee and has recently relocated to right outside of Nashville. He remains equally committed to both his new and existing clients, and that stellar customer service is what truly sets Weaver Home Inspection apart from other companies.
At Weaver Home Inspection, we believe that the first step towards achieving great customer service is to offer fair prices on all of our inspection services. Our inspections start for as low as $350 for condos and $400 for single-family homes. Each inspection entails a thorough and non-invasive walkthrough of the home that abides by HITA (Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association) Standards of Practice (SOP).

The detail of his home inspection report sets a wonderful example of what all home inspectors should strive for.
The ability of creating a "Request List" , as well as photos of items, for repairs/replacement/reimbursement to present to the realtor and home seller was an extremely efficient way to move a home purchase transaction forward.
