Hi, I'm Lane Rockensock, owner and lead inspector of our family-owned business, Rock Solid Home Inspection - Nashville's leading home inspection service company. I am a highly qualified home inspector with years of construction experience. I began working in the industry while attending Mt. Juliet High School, helping my friend's dad rehab houses in the Lebanon area.
After graduating, I furthered my education by attending college at East Tennessee State University and Western Kentucky. While in school, I kept honing my craft by staying involved with residential and commercial construction. I have been in the tightest crawl spaces while working with plumbers and the hottest attics working with electricians and handymen.

My husband and I are moving from WA state to Lebanon, TN in January 2022 TV and we just went under contract on a home there. We contacted Lane the day we went under contract and he scheduled us for an inspection the very next day! He was extremely communicative leading up to inspection, as well as after the inspection. He spent the time to do our inspection, explained everything he found in detail with an awesome visual report and went over everything via zoom. He is kind, knowledgeable and offered extra advise on the side. We have an appreciation for simple and he made it effortless! He answered a lot of questions before we even asked it. As a first time home buyer I don't have very much experience in this kind of thing but if a person is willing to go above and beyond the call of his duty to even send a detailed list of things that I would need to do his suggested repairs and upgrades and gave me some really good advice On how to go about doing these things myself not only says a lot about how he conducts himself as a business man but it also has a lot to say about he conducts him self as a man thank you very much sir God bless
