Services
In today's society, there are many attorneys who practice with a self-serving mindset. However, it is critical to us that we practice with a different mentality. It is our mission to serve our clients with humility, honesty, respect, and the highest level of professional integrity. By practicing law this way, we believe that the long-term success we will achieve will be much greater.
At the Law Office of Kevin Williams, we help clients in two main areas of the law: Probate and Guardianship. Because we have limited our practice to just two areas, we feel that we are able to provide our clients with superior representation in probate and guardianship cases. Preparing the estate-opening court documentation, including petitions to open the estate, affidavits of heirship, oaths/bonds, notices, and the draft court orders.

Aurora, Illinois is the second largest city in the state. While mainly situated in Kane County, Aurora also extends into parts of DuPage, Will, and Kendall County. Thus, if you have a loved one who has passed away in Aurora, Illinois, and a probate is necessary, it will be important to determine in which part of Aurora your loved one lived since probate cases are handled in the county where a deceased person resided.
