Provide "old school" hands on Management from the corporate level, blended with cutting edge technology and aggressive management styles of today! Prior to STM taking over property was on HUD troubled list and failed (2) MOR's and (2) REAC inspections. Since 2009 property has passed MOR and REAC inspection and is no longer on HUD troubled list.

After the REAC inspection in 2011 they received a 91b. I am pleased to have had the opportunity to work with the team at Services Taylor Made Inc. Our property is now recognized as one of the more attractive LIHTC properties in the market.

If I could give minus stars I would. This company is deplorable. They treat their tenants like garbage and their buildings are unlivable. I hope an attorney comes in and a class action law suit is filed. This place needs to be shut down. I hope these poor people get justice, this place should be ashamed of itself. I was reading the other reviews, had no idea they had property in other states. In Cincinnati they have a building where the roof collapsed trapping and almost killing a child sleeping in his crib. Other apartments are infested with mold where no ceiling is left due to cave ins from water

Putting policy before human life. Potentially the most catastrophic hurricane to hit US soil and you refuse to allow your tenants to put up hurricane shutters? I will personally encourage each and every one of your tenants to file a class action law suit against this management company and God forbid there were to be any tragic loss of life or serious injury, I will also encourage massive civil suits from family members as well as criminal charges. Change your stance on this immediately or face bankruptcy.

Poor customer service at the company and at their property. They don't show that they care about their residents. They will say "if you don't like it, then maybe this isn't the place for you" rather than try to rationally resolve the issues.
