Services
In our initial onsite meeting with the owner we will review maintenance or repair issues that need addressed prior to putting the unit on the market. If it is not possible to do an onsite inspection with the owner we can visit the home and report our findings back to the owner. We will review the Management Agreement with the owner and answer all questions regarding the management of the home.
Avilion Property Management focuses not only on the well being of the home and its owners but also on our tenants. One of our priorities is to make sure the tenant feels secure and comfortable in their new home. As a tenant, you play an important role in taking care of the residence. All tenants are expected to comply with the rules and guidelines that govern your lease.

I cannot say enough about Jim. Avilion Property Management was the first management company I called and I have never called anyone else or never will i need too. Jim is excellent and honest. I have four properties managed by Jim and just handed him the keys to the fifth. I am extremely happy to have Jim on my side and have built a great relationship with him. Thanks Jim for everything and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking for property management to go with Jim.

For the past year + I have had a home in Lake Mary under Jim Doyle's management. My experience has been nothing but positive. He rented the home in less than a month, negotiated replacing the carpet then had it replaced for a very fair price, took responsibility for every repair needed during the year with a very modest charge for labor and in some instances didn't charge me anything except for the parts. Jim collected the rent and passed along my portion very consistently. I would highly recommend Jim and his property management company for anyone considering renting their home or commercial property
