I went in on Monday, January 24th to have my car checked out due to engine problems. I was approached by Joshua, who gave outstanding customer service and did everything he could to help me out with my car. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the service team worked efficiently to fix the problems I encountered with my car. Within a week, my car was ready to go! Definitely recommend them over any other Hyundai Dealership!

While I think the sales department is great (I've purchased 3 cars from them) the service dept is NOT. I purchased my latest car at the end of last year. I made an appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation (which are free for the first 3 years or 35,000 miles whichever comes first) Today was the third scheduled appt I had. And yet AGAIN when I got there (on time) I was told it would be at least a 3 to 4 hour wait. This is so absolutely ridiculous and just plain bad business. Their answer was to set up another appt. I recently bought 2022 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from them. I wasn't excited with the service I received from them. I simply do not understand when you say Kendall Advantage. This is because when you are charging for something then why its an advantage. For example, you charged $2,988.00 under Kendall Advantage. Few other things which irritated me a lot were staff member's and finance manager's attitude.
In addition to that few things which I even didn't receive from you or I didn't avail those services like -

I purchased a vehicle and was lied to by the finance manager putting me into a much higher interest rate financing. My credit is over 800 and I was never offer the zero interest financing Hyundai is currently offering. I called the dealership several times to complain and speak with a manager. The dealership said someone will call you, however, no one ever returned my calls. I was forced to call Hyundai USA for help, report the dealership terrible business practice and rework my financing. Don't buy there.

Bad customer service skill, you call the Kendall Hyundai dealer, the receptionist don't tranfer the calls properly she just take a message and said she works in the billing dept. when you leave a messages w/her for the service dept. no one returned the calls. I recommended this dealership to my elderly parents after their car broke down since we purchased our 2021 Tucson last year with a great experience thanks to Luis. I handle my parents finances and affairs but was unable to go with them to the dealership after becoming sick with Covid. I was contacted by Salesman Richie, who over the phone and text, answered all my questions including pictures and recommended a great vehicle for them. I hate having to go to any dealership, but let me tell you: I had an appointment at 10:45 am and came early. There was no point in making an appointment in the first place because I still had to wait 20 minutes or longer. I drove 2 hours from Miami to get exactly the service I want from a car dealership. I had a terrible experience at the local Hyundai dealership. Jesus was amazing he was patient, understanding and most importantly had all the paperwork ready to go, so it was not a painful transaction. O stars! This place is the worst!! I bought my car from them and they were great that day. The service center is horrible!!! First, they con you into maintenance that costs $500, and not being into cars I didn't know any better. They wanted $2000 to fix my brakes and the tps. Crazy! Then they say they have valet pick up and return. Good luck with this! Three times they never showed up. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

These people are so great to work with! They are like my "second family". Any issues that I have are handled almost immediately. The GM, Ralph, is so nice, & stays on top of everything that goes on here at the dealership. The Sales Mgr., Jesus (yes, really....LOL) and his Team are wonderful! Adrian & Jesus just put me into a new Elantra… Limited 2021 last weekend, which I just love! STONE COLD LIERS!! I leased a 2020 Elantra from this dealer a year ago. I asked several times the interest was on the car, and the answer was always the same” There is no interest in lease cars, only sales tax” Mister Amado was my salesperson. Well, after a few months of reviewing paperwork come to find out they charge me 1700$ under (Rent… charge), which is precisely the same as interest. One star is too much for the service they offer. Truly the worst of the worst. A few months ago I bought a Hyundai Accent and they sold it to me with the damaged air, the next day I went and they told me that they would take care of fixing it. To summarize I went several times and they made me wait all day and then lie to myself again and again. The seller Adrián Garcia lied to me many times and also the mechanic Mario. The truth is that a lack of respect like these people deceives the clients. Please be careful with this dealer

I brought my car to this dealership because it was the closest Hyundai to my job. My car had started to flash the check engine light. I left my car on a Monday 11/4 and didn't get it back until 11/21. I was told by the service director that it had a recall when previously they said there was no recall. I had to bring my car in 3 times because they kept telling me it was fixed, to finally get it fixed after 3 weeks of having a rental. No one answers phones. You can leave voicemails on every inbox there and no one will call you back. I had to bring a lawyer in to get answers about my car. This
