Come try this centuries old tradition of Hatha Yoga. Yoga in the original Sanskrit means union. Experience relaxing, peaceful Yoga where we join the practice of asana (poses), pranayama (breathing control), dhyana (meditation) and samadhayo (enlightenment). Hatha Yoga is the practice of various postures, called asanas.

With regular practice, these poses help release inner tenstions and teach relaxation for the body and mind during stressful situations. These techniques have proven effective in eliminating migraine headaches, and reducing symptoms of anxiety, arthritis, asthma, backaches, bronchitis, constipation, diabetes, depression, endometriosis, menopause, multiple sclerosis, sciatica, varicose veins, and other chronic illnessess.

Heather holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and has worked for the past 27 years with and developed counseling programs for children from diverse backgrounds with mental, physical and emotional needs. She has practiced Yoga for the past 22 years in New York City at Integral Yoga Institute and here in Las Vegas.

Our Yoga Nidra CD Recording is excellent for daily mediation practice, travelers and anyone looking to add more peace and serenity to their life. Track 1 takes listeners through a guided 15 minute full body relaxation like the one Heather uses at the end of her Adult Hatha Yoga classes. Track 2 takes listeners through a guided 22 minutes of full body medicinal relaxation for those addressing illness or needing even more intensive relaxation.
