Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas (PYLV) is here to guide and support you on your parenthood journey. We are a boutique mobile and online yoga studio based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We specialize in prenatal, postnatal, yoga for fertility & pelvic health, as well as offer yoga teacher training. We pride ourselves on creating a safe space for individuals and families to grow and expand using the tools offered through yoga.

Our yoga teachings are safe and nurture and geared toward all stages of parenthood. At Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas we know that the path to parenthood looks different for each individual. We respect and honor each person as they are. We make no assumptions about your journey, where you have been or where you are headed.
Services
All of our prenatal and postnatal yoga classes weave together these three elements into each class. Mission: To serve the community during the transition to parenthood with high quality instruction, inclusive community and located in a neighborhood near you. Education - Education is elevation. We believe in the importances of providing our students with valuable and empowering information and resources to support the on their journey.
Angela Reis is a well respected and esteemed yoga teacher and trainer. Angela has been working with pregnant people and their families since 2014. Angela is the Owner & Founder of Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas a community based yoga studio dedicated to supporting families through their pregnancy and parenting journey.
Fertility Yoga classes were designed to support individuals or couples who are trying to conceive, either naturally or through assisted reproductive technology. Fertility yoga is catered toward all on their TTC (trying to conceive) journey. Whether you have been trying for two months or two years, fertility yoga can support your on your TTC journey.
Nurture your mind, body and baby with prenatal yoga. Prenatal yoga classes are sequenced with the expecting person in mind. Prenatal yoga helps to relieve the discomforts of pregnancy and prepare your body for labor. Class includes meditation, warm-ups, strength building poses, cool down poses, and ends with a relaxation meditation.
Workshop is suitable for anyone with a pelvis, especially those experiencing pelvic health issues. Pelvic health issues are common, but that doesn't mean they are normal. Many people suffer in silence, but there is so much that can be done to resolve or improve pelvic health. Knowing more is empowering.

I have been a client of Prenatal Yoga Las Vegas for over 4 years. I have participated in prenatal, mommy and me, yin for motherhood and mom strong. It doesnt matter which class I take, I feel empowered, relaxed, and ready for another week of motherhood, especially during the craziest weeks. It's nice to be in a class with others who are in the same stage of life as myself. Nothing but compassion, encouragement, knowledge and love from all the instructors.

I’ve been a client of PYLV since 2015 after my middle child was born and have been enjoying it ever since through my 3rd pregnancy into postpartum, a hysterectomy recovery and beyond Angela has always accommodated my needs and made me feel comfortable through each transition, healing and strength recovery to make sure I’m comfortable and enjoying my practice. I discovered Angela in 2016 while pregnant with my first son. Almost five years and two kids later, I have been a steady client ever since. Angela is very welcoming and her classes calm those new mom nerves and create a healthy, inviting community for mothers of all type.
