This is just a little note to say thank you for the great job you did on our home. As you know, I got plenty of estimates for my central air and finally decided to go with your company, it was a good choice. You and your men were professional from start to finish. As you said, you treated our home as if it was yours.
HVAC is an acronym for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; a home's heating and cooling system. SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating) is a set of universal standards developed by the U.S. government in conjunction with heating and cooling equipment manufacturers. A SEER rating is an energy consumption rating that can be applied to all units and compensates for the wide variety of climates that we have in this country.

Sent them my architect plans, got proposal for single zone, was ready to go. Then after the walkthrough they said job could not be done as proposed and that I needed dual zone and much more cost. Found another HVAC company to do the job for single zone, same as originally proposed (came out great!!!). Owner lost his pateince a few times. Frustrating and cost me time on my project.

Don't use these guys unless they can fix your prob first time. I had them come back next day for same issue they didn't fix and they wanted to charge me another 100 bucks after I had just payed them the day before for SAME PROBLEM that wasn't fixed!!! 1 word SCAM ARTISTS! I called office and spoke with secretary, who was so rude regarding my experience she basically hung up on me and never transferred me to owner.

I am in a sensitive group so when the air quality and heat are bad I have a hard time. So of course my ac went bad in a major heat wave. I recieved a call back within 10 minutes and someone was sent and was at my house within 30 minutes. I was not overcharged and the technician was very polite and courteous. When the house still was not cooling off I called back again to have a second technician return within 5 minutes of my call. He cleaned the unit with the garden hose because my dryer had caked the vents with lint. The house cooled off a lot quicker and more efficiently. I would highly recommend
